      I purchased NFL sunday ticket after looking at the games that i would be able to watch just by purchasing the sunday ticket only. So i went ahead and purchased the sunday ticket. Turns out they hid that you also have to purchase the ********** base plan in order to watch any game at all. Its an entire scam and now i cant get a refund and the terms say i cant even cancel the membership which seems extremely scammy and highly illegal

      I subscribed to NFL Plus they double billed me and I could not get the football game in. I canceled my subscription but they still double billed me and charged me on two accounts for a total of $14.68

      So I had purchased NFL+ Premium through my Amazon fire stick today and logged into my NFL account low and behold I got charged but didn't actually receive the service so I got charged for the subscription and didn't receive the service/subscription so I deleted my account and would like a refund cause that's just ridiculous

      I ordeed the NFL channel on December 6th thinkng Id be able to watch a football game. I found out a few moments later that I indeed could not watch the game on the NFL app/ stream, UNLESS you have a cable service! I immediately tried to reach out to ************************, NONE of the phone numbers work! The email bounced back and another one I never got a reply from.I tried to log into my account but forgot my password. I kept waiting for the code to be sent to my email, and it NEVER came. No it was not in SPAM or JUNK. I did get the email stating I changed to the ***** plan when I thought thats what I needed to watch the Buffalo game. I want my money back! It was falsely advertosed AND then I cant even cancel! RIDICULOUS!

      NFL plus charged my credit card on 9/5/24. AS of today 12/9/24, they still have not provided me a plan. so i have been charged to access there services but they fail (and continue to fail) to actually provide me with the service. They hide from the public, the actual support email address. It took calling the league office and raising h*** to get an new email address. but that hasn't helped either.The league office gives double talk and the transfer me to a customer complaint line

      I spoke to ******** disputes **** and they confirmed that ************************ did NOT issue any such credit. On 10/15 or on any other day. i have attached an excerpt from my December credit card sttement where ******** reinstated the charge for $99.99. ************************ still owes me the refund.

      I ordered the NFL+ subscription for $6.99 in August 2024, I have been trying to cancel my subscription since Oct 2024. They have no phone contact and I have sent them several emails to cancel subscription but they continue to charge me $6.99 every month. I don't know what else to do. Please make them cancel my subscription and quit charging me. Thank you, ***** ******

      I subscribed to NFL+Premium but have not been able to watch any games, it continually asks me to subscribe as if I hadn't already paid! I followed every tech suggestion offered and have had several support tickets opened.Even then the email responses are auto-generated and simply repeat the tech suggestions. I've tried to request a refund, and that doesn't work either.

      I previously had a NFL+ SUBSCRIPTION last year and wasn't satisfied with the product so wanted to cancel before this year was charged. I couldn't get into my account to cancel as you can see in one image it kept saying I didnt have an account! that was September 5th the day before the subscription renewed. Since I couldn't get in I tried to contact via a ticket no response. 1230am September 6th they charge me for the subscription as I was unable to access my account to cancel. I woke up that morning and was able to magically log in sept 6th 8:30 am to cancel subscription. I tried to dispute with bank, they said Contact NFL+ and NFL+ said it was too far out to refund . I explained to them they are impossible to get ahold of,hence the bank dispute day of charge . They then finally agreed to refund me 10/31 said 5 business days for refund. Guess what never showed. They stopped replying to emails and I've put in 6-8 more tickets all have been ignored. I can't reach anyone. I want my money back. It's absolutely scamming if their site wouldn't let me in to cancel says no account then hours later charges me and I can magically access account but then they say oh didn't cancel in time. I haven't used the service and will never again .
