      I purchased an NFL Sunday ticket student account on 11/10/24. My credit card was charged, but I never received a confirmation email. After a phone call and an online chat with the company, no one was able to help me access my account. Im not sure how else to receive what I purchased.

      Had a monthly subscription to NFL+ that I intended to cancel on 11/3/2024. I accidentally clicked the wrong button and signed up for a yearly renewal. I immediately cancelled the subscription (within minutes), but they still intend to charge me for the year. I have tried repeatedly to contact someone from NFL support since and I cannot even get an email response from them. I feel this is unfair that they can charge me over $100 for ONE CLICK on their website, but now I can speak with no one to try and explain myself or get any sort of resolution. This is clearly just a way to scam people out of their money. It was literally minutes after I made the mistake that I was trying to contact them. Their chat bot is exactly that, just a bot that takes your round and round in circles with no answer. Then when I "submit a ticket" I get a generic email with a canned response about how they are "looking into my complaint". I do not feel this email comes from a human being at all. I have responded to that email multiple time for an update and have not received a single word back. This is some of the worst customer service I have even been a witness to.

      It looks like the refund was started on 11/16, it can sometimes take 3 to 5 business days for that to appear in your account.

      Back on September 5, 2024, my subscription to NFL+ Premium on ************************ was automatically renewed, and I was charged $99.99. Since then, I have not been able to access any of the content that said subscription is supposed to provide. ************************ has no help desk where you can speak to a live person. ALL communication is via email or automated chat responses on website. I have gone back and forth via email trying every "solution" that they suggested I try. All of my troubleshooting efforts would ultimately end with some kind of error saying that I was not subscribed or that my username was tied to an account that did not have a password. Obviously, some thing is very wrong on their end, but all of my attempts to escalate would usually end with their stating obvious troubleshooting measures such as: "close your browser", "clear your cookies", "reset your password" .etc. I tried everything they suggested. Nothing worked. I have also asked for a refund, since they cannot figure out the issue, but they never acknowledge those parts of my emails. I am attaching files for reference, and I can provide a screenshot of my bank account showing the charge, if necessary. Here are the ticket #'s I have submitted: *******, *******, *******, *******. I honestly cannot believe that a multi-billion dollar corporation like the NFL does not have a legitimate help desk. Would really appreciate any assistance that you could provide! Thanks!

      I can't talk to an agent, or submit a ticket in any fashion to resolve my issue with this service. I only get their chat bot which does not facilitate actual creating a support ticket. This is unacceptable as a paying customer. I need support with their service to actually watch what I pay for

      Part of the NFL+ subscription package includes full-game replays of each NFL game. I have been finding that the game replays are missing large portions of the game. For example, when watching the game between the *************** and the ************** on 11/3/2024, the replay went to a commercial break at about the 13:30 minute **** in the first quarter. When the commercials ended, the time left in the first quarter was only about 5:30. One half of an entire quarter is missing from the replay. The site lists no email or phone number to contact about problems like this.

      We investigated the time marks you referenced while watching the Falcons - Cowboys, full replay, we did not see any **** around 13:30 of the first quarter.

      We are using a laptop chrome browser to view this game.  The full replay might have also had that error at a time, but if so, it has been fixed.  Is it possible you were on the condensed version?

      Also we did not see a NFL+ Premium subscription under ****************************, did you use another email address to purchase NFL+?

      I paid $106.29 for NFL plus premium on 9/5/24. I cancelled renewal on 9/5/24 and was to have access till 9/4/25. My account currently says that I have no subscription and cannot access my subscription. I cannot resolve this issue through the support access. Theres no number to contact a support representative to address this issue.

      On 10/19/24 I was charged $14.99 for an auto-renewal NFL+ Membership that I could not turn off due to technical difficulties on the website. I reached out to NFL support and sent numerous emails with only auto-generated emails from ********. I would like a refund of $14.99 as I have not used the services after my free trial on 10/19 ended. Please advise. Thank you.

      Purchased annual subscription, was not able to use it. Companies customer service system made it so that you were not able to talk to anyone to recieve a refund like it states in the terms of service. When I was finally able to make contact I was told that it was not able to be issued. All steps were followed, called phone number and did virtual chat that would never give you a representative option.

      NFL Sunday Tickets claim is you can watch ALL out of market games. I live out of market for the Chiefs. The Chiefs are rarely on NFL Sunday Ticket and they instead try to upsell me more with ******************* This is a bait and switch and a scam.

      I cancelled my NFL+ subscription prior to my renewal date. My account was still charged, but then they removed the access. I have contacted NFL support multiple times seeking either a refund or to regain the access to my account. I either want the access I paid for or I would like a refund. It has been several weeks and we're nearly halfway through the season.

      Hello, I think this is the confusion.  You mentioned my subscription was tied to apple.  Last year, my apple account was merged with my account at ******************.  I do not have an active NFL subscription on my apple account.  Further, the billing entity on my charge on September 4th was not apple.  

      Can you tell me what the username is that is associated with my account?  Specifically, if I've paid for this subscription, how do I access NFL+.  I believe that when my accounts were merged last year, I was double charged as a result.  With my apple account now deactivated, I should be able to at least log in using my email account.

      Hello, I'm emaiing in resposne to a claim that was closed out - ref id:  # ********  .the business (the NFL) did not satisfy the complaint.  They referred me to apple, who they said was managing payments for my subscription, but this is not the case.  I could explain this to the business, but they will not call me or let me speak to someone directly.  This is should be a very simple issue to resolve.  I will restate the circumstances:
       
      1. I had two NFL Plus subscriptions.  One was paid via my CC (ending in ****) and one was managed via apple pay.
      2. The NFL merged those two accounts under one email address
      3. This year I tried to cancel all accounts.  i successfully cancelled the apple recurring payment.
      4. The NFL thinks that apple is managing my subscription, which would have renewed on 9/21.  But I cancelled that.
      5. The NFL separately charged me $113 on September 5th via transaction ID: **********
      6. The NFL says that apple charged me, but I have confirmed with apple this is not the case.  Further, the payment does not show as an apple billing payment, but the charge is coming from NFL directly
      7.  I don't even care, I just want to be able to log in and use the system, but they won't even provide my username and password for the account.
       
      I really just need them to give me a call or to give me username credentials.
