On 8/21/2022, I received a notice from NFLSundayticket.tv that my account was auto-renewing for Sunday Ticket even thought this account was cancelled >1 year ago. In attempting to contact help from the provider, no response was provided via multiple help queries.Business Response

On August 10, 2022, I purchased ******************** for $79.99 in hopes to access all of the exclusive content the service provided. After entering my card information and purchasing an annual subscription I received an email confirmation saying that my payment was accepted. Since making the purchase, the money has left my bank account and I have had access to none of the services I was promised. I have talked to customer support and gone through all the troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue with no luck. So I have asked for a refund, and they refuse to give one to me, and I still have no access to the ********************. I have provided screenshots confirming that I have paid along with screenshots showing them asking me to pay for another subscription.Business Response

I cannot cancel NFL Sunday ticket. Last year I spent literally hours on phone calls trying to cancel. This year, they notify me that my autorenewal is renewing, and if I want to cancel I can: "If you wish to cancel or change your NFL SUNDAY TICKET.TV package, please go to ********************** on or before Saturday, September 10, 2022 and visit the My Billing Information page on the site."However, when you go to that site there absolutely no "My billing information" option anywhere on that page. If I can't figure it out then I'm out another x hundred dollars. There's no way it should be this hard to cancel. I'd like to A. be able to cancel if I'd like to (for example this year I don't have time to watch) so maybe I'd like to sign up again in a year or two and B. make it so that anyone can cancel when they want to without endless hassles or failure.Business Response

I had turned off auto renew on my Gamepass subscription several months ago. On July 25th I received an email sayiing my subscription was going to change to ***** I logged in to my account and it showed auto renew was off. Then on August 3rd they charged me for ***** When I went to cancel it it wont refund me. I live outside the US now and cant access it at all. The **************** has not even replied to me. ************************* Game Pass will encourage you to sign up for a subscription with a 14 day free trial. When you try to cancel within the time frame or after there is no way to do it. The customer service number listed is not a working number and you can email but no response. They charge your account and you can't find any way to cancel on or after the sign up period. There aren't any representatives available. It is a misrepresentation on their end and should refund the subscription fee without having to cancel your card because you can't get out of it any other way.Please do your due diligence and prevent people from getting robbed from this company.Business Response

This user is based in *********** and **** is not available in ** territories. We can see that they purchased through **** and **** Premium through the Apple app store. As a result, they will need to contact Apple app store for the refund. The *** can't process refunds purchased through the app stores.
