When trying to cancel my NFL+ membership they had a button that says change my membership it referenced an upgrade to the yearly plan. After one accidental click I was auto enrolled into the yearly membership and billed $100. There was no confirmation or question that I was sure I wanted to enroll in the yearly plan. The NFL makes it impossible to contact them to get your refund. I thought in modern times, 1 click billing was frowned upon. Especially from a profitable large corporation like the NFL. To then do that and have no customer service to fix these problems make it worse. I want my refund and membership cancelled but I also want the NFL to change this shady and unfair billing system. They know what theyre doing it certainly wasnt a mistake to set up their billing like this. My email for NFL is *************************** for spam email purposes. On 10/5/2024, my boyfriend attempted to cancel a subscription for $53.49 that I had realized my bank had been charged in September and he thought he had already canceled. He attempted to cancel and inadvertently hit a button on his phone and it charged my bank account another $106.99. He immediately canceled it and we began trying to make contact for a refund. After searching several days we have been unable to find a way to make contact with a human and have filled out 2 of their refund requests thus far. On 10/7, $47.59 was credited back to my account, but this does not make me whole.Business Response

On 9/29/24 I purchased a yearly NFL plus premium subscription for $107.24 I would like a full refund and cancellation. The website was very misleading, based on the description of NFL plus premium I thought you would be able to watch all NFL games on the app with the subscription. I was not aware that only a few games were available on the app. Its also very difficult to even connect it to the TV. I have not used the app or anything with NFL plus. I have been trying to contact someone in customer service immediately since I purchased it yesterday 9/29/24. I cannot get ahold of anyone in customer service, therefore *** had to resort to trying to get ahold of someone through the BBB. All of the customer service has been automated and robots! Even the chat will not connect you to a live person. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service with this company as well. Please let me know when to expect refund. Thank youBusiness Response

I ordered NFL+ Premium Annual package to watch the ********* NFL season. After the first week, the app quit working. It keeps trying to get the User to sign-up, restricting access. I filed a request for tech support, and followed NFL's troubleshooting advise. I let them know that nothing was working. I filed a second second request for support, after being 'ghosted' on the first request. After two weeks of going back and forth with customer support, and trying a multitude of NFL suggested troubleshooting techniques, I am now completely locked out of my account ********************* support states that the account has been reset and should work fine). I got notification emails from NFL+ in early August that my subscription would be renewing at the beginning of September this year. Once the notification was received, I attempted to cancel my $49.99 subscription as I did not use if the previous season and did not want to renew.The website was incredibly confusing and ambiguous, and my attempts to cancel the subscription were unsuccessful. Finding their support was also just as frustrating, but I was finally able to find a form to submit a trouble ticket. I received confirmation the ticket (#*******) was opened, but then received no further communication.The subscription ended up renewing in early September for $49.99. I opened a new ticket yesterday (#*******), and finally got a response, which stated the NFL was refusing to refund the subscription charge as it was outside the refund window (which was never specified). They also supplied instructions on how to cancel but their instructions could not be followed as none of the steps matched what was available in their web portal.Business Response

I purchased a one-year subscription to NFL Plus for $99, which ends on 9/5/2025. When I tried to watch a game replay today (9/24/2024), I got an error message, saying I needed to turn off my ad blocker. I followed the steps to turn off the ad blocker on Chrome and was able to access the "Full Replay". However, after a few minutes of watching I realized that -- unlike last year -- this replay option included all of the advertisements. I went back to the selection page and chose "Condensed Replay," but this produced the original error message again. At this point, I tried going back to "Full Replay" mode, but again received the error message. I then tried a different browser (Edge), going through all of the steps to remove ad blockers. No luck. I called the only support phone number I could find (did not find it on their website -- found it via a ****** search), which pointed me to an article on their website, which was not helpful. The phone number provides no option for connecting with a live human being.Left with no other option to resolve the issue and no way to access the service I paid for, I cancelled my subscription via the website. However, this offers no option for a refund. So... NFL got my $99 and offered no way for me to access the service I paid for. This is unacceptable.Business Response
