I ordered NFL+ over the NFL app so I could specifically watch the Philly Eagles game on Friday night, 9/6. It was a monthly subscription, and I was supposed to be able to watch it on my TV. When I tried to do that, all I got on my TV was a message to choose my TV. I had already chosen my TV; thats why I could read a message from NFL+ on it. I tried their suggestions for fixing it and also ******* some ideas for fixing it. None of them worked. After about an hour of this, I gave up and paid a different service to watch the game. I then canceled my subscription to NFL+ that same night, about an hour after I ordered it. I followed their instructions for asking for a refund. Soon I got an email from them, a canned response saying they got my email and would look into it. It finished with If you have any additional information to *****, ***'t hesitate to reach out. I thought my 1st email was clear, explaining that I had technical difficulties and couldnt watch the game I paid for. About an hour later I got another email saying that I could escalate the issue by using their chatbot. I had already used their chatbot, thats how I sent my 1st email. About another hour later I got an email saying they were closing my complaint because they hadnt heard from me! Nowhere in their email did they say they needed a response! Even if they had, I didnt even see the second email until after the third email was sent. So I started the process all over again. Same responses. Ive probably emailed them about 60 times by now. Every now and then Ill get an email back saying I can review their refund policy and there are only 2 reasons they ever give a refund, one of which is technical difficulties. Ive replied saying Ive had technical difficulties, then they respond with an email saying they have a strict no refund policy for monthly subscriptions. Its barely any money, but Im so annoyed and theyve treated me so poorly I just want a refund.Business Response

I signed up for nfl+ annual on ****** play by using my nfl account associated with email address: ****************** my ****** play subscription is associated my email address: *********************** (GPA*********************)Due to the difference in email addresses used between the app / play store, the businesses app is restricting me from receiving the services I subscribed for. False advertising. I bought the Sunday ticket to watch ******************* games in ********. Sell line says watch you favorite teams even when out of market. This past Sunday (9/15), I logged into my NFL app to watch NFL Redzone. I am a monthly subscriber to NFL+ Premium, and it would not work.I assumed my subscription was somehow cancelled since the app didn't tell me I had a membership. I clicked "Upgrade" since I should have been on the highest plan. They changed my monthly plan to annual (Horrible ROI), without telling me and without giving me a chance to confirm. There was NOTHING on the page saying they were charging me $100.Ever since then, I have been trying to get in contact with them in any way. Their virtual assistant is absolutely useless. I have been through their assistant probably a dozen times, and it will drop the conversation randomly and act like it didn't happen every single time. I have also emailed, called, and messaged, all multiple times, all didn't do a thing.All I want is to be put back on the monthly subscription with a refund for the annual subscription that I didn't want. I subscribed to NFL+ for the purpose of watching the Tampa Bay Bucs on my TV. However, NFL+ did not allow me to do this. Apparently, I had to have a subscription to ********** or something in order to watch the Bucs. After wasting a great deal of time trying to use NFL+ to watch, I finally subscribed to ******** which does allow me to watch the Bucs on my TV. Also, when I tried to contact NFL+ to get a refund, it was nearly impossible to even locate a manner to request a refund. Bots would answer chat messages and phone calls and direct me to articles that did not provide me with any useful information. Eventually, I was able to locate an email to use to request a refund, but when I send an email requesting a refund, NFL+ keeps replying with steps I can take to troubleshoot the issue. Those steps were useless before I subscribed to Sling, and are especially useless now that I have already paid for a subscription to Sling. I want a refund for my subscription to NFL+. They use false advertising that indicates subscribing to NFL+ will allow the customer to watch ******************** games. It is not true. Shortly after I purchased the app. I canceled because it would not work because I only have ******** For almost a year I have been paying 7.56 monthly for a services not rendered. I cancel my subscription thru *****; however only to find out Im consistently being billed monthly for about a year. When you try to cancelled on computer, the site is not working and informs you to try later. Later never works. My husband signed up for NFL plus for ***** a month and has same problem listed above. You can never reach a customer service agent, they reply with the information that you already tried. Signing up is easy, but opting out has been a nightmare and unable to accomplish. We are paying approximately ***** dollars monthly for nothing. It shouldnt be complicated to stop a subscription. For me this being going for approximately a year and my husband a couple of months. The date of transaction : 9/5/24 I have made multiple attempts for a refund request. the NFL has ignored those requests in the amount of *****. Initially I was told with this plan I would be able to watch games either on my phone or via the TV. after purchasing, I was only able to watch games on my phone and it was limited by market severely. I requested cancellation of this subscription last season. I received an e-mail on the 9/5/24 stating that in 30 days I would be charged the annual fee. I then receive a follow up e-mail that same day stating that that was an error and I was getting charged that day so 1 I never received a 30 day notice of charge as the e-mail stated. 2. I canceled this last season 3 it's false advertisement to claim access via TV and phone when it's phone only in addition to several markets/games not available which was my reason for cancelling LAST SEASON. 4 i've made multiple attempts to get this resolved and the NFL has ignore my request. I would like my refund of ***** due to the NFL's false advertisement of the plan access to games the NFL's failure to cancel my plan the last season, the NFLs 30 day notice e-mail that was sent out the same day as the charge which was also a lie and the NFL's negligence of its customers.Business Response
