      The NFL+ app constantly locks up in the middle of a game replay. Their customer service is non-existent and it's impossible to get a refund. I personally think it's fraudulent and should be held accountable by the thousands of fans it has misled.

      I purchased a subscription to NFL+ premium. Took over a week to get it to work and was charged twice. Never respond to emails. Had to dispute charge with my bank. In addition, I paid for a service to allow replay of full games and it constantly deletes chunks of time from the games. worst company ever!! You should be ashamed of yourselves. No customer service whatsoever. Never again.

      Football is a very influential sport, and I dont like their ads and culture they created against me. The NFL has zero Indian-American NFL players. Indian-Americans are the most assimilated group. Its just not about the sport but how it influences other social and political matters that affect Indian-Americans and everyone else. By Indian-American I mean individuals who were born and raised in *******, unlike the Indian-American players in the ***. NFL needs to not only bring in Indian-Americans who are the right mold into the NFL but also give them real power.

      """"BEWARE""""I sighned up for this and paid them $6.99 and cancelled it 3 minutes later because it did not work and they give you fake information. They took my money but never again. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SCAM!!!

      NFL+ mislead me to believe that I could watch a particular game once I subscribed to the service and once I did that they said I had to subscribe to another service to watch the game they said I could originally watch with just the NFL+ subscription. I tried to get a refund and they refused to refund the money I paid due to their misleading advertising on their website. I will be complaining to the FCC and whoever else regulate the broadcasting of the the content.

      Wish I could give 0 stars!! I purchased the NFL+ subscription however I experienced significant technical issues and was unable to use the service. I canceled the service the same day and contacted customer support and requested a refund. *** by the name of ******** said they have a "no refund policy," lol. According to their refund policy, refunds may be granted for technical issues, which I had. I emailed the policy back to her and told her this was the reason I was canceled because I was unable to use the service and my email was ignored, she never replied back. Lol, wow...if anybody is reading this, do yourself a favor and save your money! Wished I would have researched before buying. This was one the worst experiences I've ever had with online streaming service.

      I bought NFL Sunday ticket for my husband for his birthday. I was deceived in what games we would be able to watch. We live in ******** but told the *** we were wanting a I watch ************** games. I was told we would be able to watch all Sunday games. We tried watching game this past Sunday and was unable to do so. I called the number provided six different times during the evening of 10/6/24. Two times I was disconnected or hung up on. I was told different things by different people. I then talked to someone who was knowledgeable only to find out I had been misinformed or deceived not only when I purchased the package but on multiple times I talked to them. I was told I would get a call from a supervisor on 10/7/24 at 11am Eastern time and it is now 12:16 and no call. This package is a joke. I was told by last person I spoke to that we could only watch games between 1pm eastern and 4m eastern, basically only being able to watch 5 Cowboy games. Do not purchase this. No on you speak to knows what they are talking about and I have wasted hours with them and still no resolution.

      NFL is a scam and is taking people's money for a NFL + subscription that does not work. If a customer is requesting a refund because ******************** is not able to deliver a product/ streaming services, then they should issue a refund.
