      Do not get this app or pay for anything. There is no way to contact a live person via phone or chat. Only email support tickets that are not helpful. Apparently you cant even get a refund after a minor uses your card to purchase without my permission. I immediately tried to cancel. Would not recommend!!!! Never had issues like this with any other streaming app. ****** learned.

      Nfl+ simply doesn't work and there's no such thing as customer support to help you through whatever is wrong with it. No matter what options you are given by their auto chat bots to fix it, You constantly end up in a loop on the website being told to resubscribe just to be told you still currently all ready have a subscription. By Reading the bbb complaints. They seem well aware of these problems and will only correct them after somethings been filed on here, When even having the smallest bit of staff to assist online could probably help thousands.

      NO HUMANS! It's all a ******* auto response. The s*** won't load, I accidentally bought on the website, then discovered the app. Request a refund has had me in a loop of telling the gall darn auto-prompt I haven't been helped, but go online, their FAQ's page will solve your problem.. forehead. Absolute joke for a multi-billion dollar company. Just be better. This a zero star ********************* but I had to put something ??

      Bought NFL Premium Plus, charged my card, but don't have the product when I sign in. Can't contact a human to fix the problem. ***** their website, just gives you links to webpages that don't help. Put in a support ticket, same thing. For the billions of dollars the NFL makes, you'd think I could speak with a human. Called the NFL Store, they can't help me. Call the Number on the BBB's website, they transferred me to a voicemail box. What a **************. I see they're average review is 1 star! And I see they're not BBB accredited. Wow! They make billions of dollars and can't help fix a subscription problem.

      NFL sells a streaming service called NFL plus. They clearly state in their refund policy "You are experiencing serious and ongoing technical difficulties". They have multiple automated systems in place of customer support, that do not allow you to pursue any form of refund under this guideline. They made it impossible to contact any form of human customer support to address this oversight. The technical issue I experienced was this. NFL plus premium only allows you to watch nfl games through their application on a mobile device. The stream would not load, to allow me to view their product, despite the fact that my cell phone had perfectly functional internet before and after the use of the application. I have spent 3+ hours, attempting to recieve a refund for this product, only to be redirected to the non-functional customer service bots. The ******************** has functionally robbed me of my subscription fee, and I have no other option but to write this review and hope a class action lawsuit begins that I can be a part of.

      I subscribed to NFL+ thru a link connected to my Commanders season tickets. I was billed $59.99 on Aug 10th. I got billed again on Sept 10th for $99.99 on an automatic renewal for the same account. I have tried to resolve this thru the NFL+ website but the "virtual assistant" just leads me in circles. Called my charge card company to dispute charges and got a phone number but it just leads me to the same web site. **************** email address is undeliverable.

      NFL Network on **** unfortunately had glitches that do not allow you to toggle between games and local games do not appear to be available. Roku helpdesk was not able to assist as the problems appear to be wholly the App. Unfortunately if you do not have cable or satellite do not bother with the NFL App on ****.

      NFL.com sells a service to watch games on their website called ***** The delivery of this service is poor due to an app that crashes or freezes for a long period of time. They also are unable to stream an entire game from their website without many freezes that last over 5 minutes each. I am now attempting to cancel my subscription to this service for the 3rd time. The first 2 times I requested a cancellation, they cancelled as requested, but then auto renewed the subscription within 1-2 months. Subscriptions don't show up on their website or app so they cannot be cancelled the preferred way. They do not have a customer service phone number that answers in-coming calls at this time. The only option left is to send an email which is never answered. At this point, my only option to cancel is to treat this as fraud and file a claim with my credit card company. Any company that offers a subscription service but does not offer a way to cancel it is in violation of the credit card company's terms of service agreement. I am adding this review because I have seen over 65 complaints while trying to get this resolved. This does not include entire websites that have popped up to talk about the ***** issues. Do not use their subscription service.

Unfortunately, my requests seem to be given low priority, making it difficult for me to enjoy my experiences as an NFL fan fully.I am passionate about the NFL and believe it can ****** an inclusive and supportive environment.
