I just received an email from them saying they are taking;A fully refundable, time-stamped Priority Access" deposit lets you lock in Super Bowl LIX fan packages before the general public, including your choice of:?       I'm fed up. I had got the NFL app and paid for NFL plus premium, last month the app worked. I paid on the second of January and then the app went bonkers.It does not let me watch any games , they suggested I delete the app and reinstall.I also cleaned all cookies and I have a compatible device because I have paid for this last year as well Nothing works. Company won't answer me or refund my money. I'm ticked off. I need help.

      Doesn't deserve any stars. **************** is nonexistent. I signed up for NFL+ annual subscription, was able to watch some content for a week or 2 then lost access to my account, tried restoring my purchase but unable to, and it was asking me to purchase subscription again. I tried to reach out to customer service multiple times but all I received was the generic automated email response. I just want to receive a refund for a service that has been paid for but not able to use. NFL need to do better with their customer care.

      I purchased NFL+ at outset of 2023-24 football season; from the moment I set up auto pay via Paypal, I was unable to access the NFL as described on the website; after unsuccessfully navigating their alleged customer support platforms, I received no ability to cancel. In short, I was getting no access to the NFL games, and yet, I could not reach anyone to cancel the auto pay for this inability to access the NFL! More frustrating was that when I logged into my "account", it indicated I didn't have any subscriptions...I have been in an infinite loop of ****, having to call PayPal every month I continue to get charged; ****** was supposed to have terminated this as well, and I hope they are able. DO NOT USE NFL+. Fubo is legit, but NFL+ is not.

      NFL+ app is a complete scam. They offer a base streaming package that cannot even be viewed on your streaming devices, just a phone. That is uncharacteristic of the streaming market and is predatory. They do not even offer a way to upgrade to the new service that allows you to use a TV, you have to pay for the whole subscription a 2nd time over. No refund available, and I am ****** at wasting my money on a multi-billion dollar corporation that is scamming the populous

      I subscribed to NFL+ and decided to unsubscribe after a while. There are instructions on the of how to unsubscribe but the site will not let me into my account to unsubscribe. I am sure that this is intentional but I have had my bank to block them from charging my card again. Just want others to know of their deceitful, dishonest practices

      This is just FYI to anyone thinking of purchasing NFL +. There is not enough content, can get same games on regular cable. I tried to cancel my subscription after immediately accidentally hitting upgrade, tried to find a phone number, chatting, email, all the same all automated responses. Website says email if you have questions/problems then you get an automated response, tried again, same automated response, they are a scam, no way to contact them for any reason. ****** ended up refunding me. I do not want any contact with them, I am just letting ppl know be ready to to pay $115+ even if you decide to cancel, can't cancel until the bill is due the following year because there is no way to cancel once you select your purchase and realize the content is a joke, definite scam! I wish I would have read these reviews first! I wish zero stars was a rating.

      This review is specific to *** Plus app - I asked for a refund within an hour of purchasing this $6 service. I told them about the buffering problems and inability to load the games I wanted. They send you in circles claiming they messaged you but actually didnt. Then they told me my request was completed. I had to message a 2nd time and they said they have a strict no refund policy - so I basically just gave them money for nothing. This is a total scam and I wish I had don **** research prior to purchasing. **************** is rude and non helpful and it takes much longer than 48 hours to get a response. Everything about this service is false advertising!

      I paid for a full year of **** premium and paid, 3 weeks not a single issue but then I didnt have access to any of my stuff anymore, it took them 2 weeks to fix the issue and finally give me my service back. 2 more weeks goes by then I have the same issue, but this time its been 3 weeks and the support wont even give me a response. So I missed 5 games out of the season because the *** took my account access from me.

      I subscribed to **** Premium and was not able to watch the games of my choice. I cancelled the subscription within about two weeks of signing up but was refused a refund. I was told I'd have access to **** for the remainder of the billing cycle (one year). Now when I try to watch a game rerun I'm asked to resubscribe as if my account doesn't exist. When I try to work through customer service, my only option is to talk to a Computer Bot which just takes me in circles and doesn't resolve anything. There is no way to speak to a human being to get any resolve. I highly recommend that people steer clear of this service.
