      I ORDERED A (ONE) GAME IN FALL OF 2018 AND ONE IN THE FALL OF THIS YEAR. AND I JUST REALIZED WE'VE BEEN PAYING $5.87 EVERY MONTH SINCE 2018. I WANT A REFUND AND I CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM FOR THIS ISSUE. THIS IS A COMPANY THAT SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE IN BUSINESS!

      Not a good service. They want to charge you for content you already have through your tv provider. They omit a lot of important information regarding what the service really includes which feels a little dishonest. Save the money and skip *** plus.

      Went to update my payment method for my NFL Sunday ticket account. They payment was supposed to be $73.49, which was successful and did a screenshot of the payment. Go to my bank account and they charge me $332.06. Get the run around on the overbill and the refund of amount difference. This is my first year using NFL Sunday Ticket and it has been the worst experience from it not working, payment issues on their side, and too many others to mention.

      We signed up for **** to try out the free trial, we cancelled the free trial but theyve continued to charge our bank account each month even after multiple attempts to cancel. We finally had our bank **** the charge as spam.

      I purchased the NFL SUNDAY TICKET ON OCT 10 2022, used it only one time. A couple of months later (12/15), I tried to use and I am not able to access the site.I called the support number and was transferred to anotherr number requested I call the number I first called. So they kept sending me in circles. I found where I paid $364.34 on Oct 10, and it had a phone number and there was recording saying that number was no longer in service and requesting to call the number I initially called.In I have been successful in getting help with access or getting a refund, because I can not get in touch with anyone.

      They refused to give me a refund since they shipped my package with *** who then gave it to the **** and now it's lost because the **** decided that they wanted to stop tracking my package. Now I have to travel to *********** to buy Saints gear for my brother. I wish every bad thing that could possibly happen to this racist business to happen. If I wasn't so scared of the cops, I'll really be honest. They gonna give me a refund or I'm taking them to court.

      SCAM and false advertising! Signed up for *** plus so I could WATCH my team like they advertise and got charged *****. After they got my money found out I could only LISTEN to the game. When I went to cancel because they didnt deliver what i paid for they refused to refund my money. They need to be investigated for false advertising!

      If I could give them zero stars I would. I subscribed to the nfl + package for $79.99 a year and when I couldn’t get a game to work on my phone or my boyfriends or the television I canceled the subscription. I also requested a refund and after several weeks haven’t received anything nor have I received an explanation of what is going on. There is no way of reaching customer service online or over the phone. All of the online chat consists of is automated messages to benefit them. I do not recommend them nor do I suggest anyone waste their time or money! Next time I’ll just pick ******* as my first pick!

      The nfl is a rip off !! Won’t speak on the phone because they claim bad connection. Will not let me unsubscribe to an internet service charging me monthly fee I did not agree to. Claimed it was free . I guess we have to give ****** ***** his raise. 5.00$ at a time. How sleezy can you be ?

      **** is a scam. Was not able to access any of the programming and I tried in five different cities. Technical support is non-existent. There is no phone number to call and complain or get assistance. Each email is an automated response requesting that I chat with their "bot" which does not recognize the words "complaint", "refund", or "cancel". I am now on a mission to get my money back and I will refuse nothing less than a full refund. I loved its predecessor, *** Game Pass....but **** is an absolute joke. There is absolutely no recourse for a disgruntled subscriber.
