  This company will charge you before making sure that they can provide you the product. They will make it as difficult as possible to cancel or get a refund (I was on a call with 7 different customer service reps sending me to different departments, which were always wrong). A month after cancelling, they charged me again for no reason! A charge for more than $100 for no reason, good thing I noticed it. Overall, the product itself is terrible and has issues all the time. They're website is also down a lot so you can't even reach them and all they care about its their profit. Terrible experience with NFL Sunday Ticket. Hoping the *** will cancel this agreement and find a better streaming service that can handle it properly.

  I attempted to sign-up for a free trial the first week of the football season, but the site went down and I never received a confirmation or was able to log-in, so I figured the sign-up had not gone through. Not only was I charged for the first month, but was told (after an hour on the phone and speaking to a supervisor) that there was no way to refund the charge or cancel the recurring charge for the next three months that would total to almost $300.

  After 3 1/2 hours Im trying to get the NFL Sunday ticket and being referred back to the same number 18 times I finally ordered the sunday ticket and asked to have four payments taken from my account and they turned around and took the whole amount of $323 and I just spent an hour and a half on the phone with them trying to get a refund of the whole amount and have the one payment taken out and they told me they cannot issue a refund even though it was their mistake because I specifically indicated I wanted 4 payments. This is the most inept company I have ever seen. All I want is a refund on my $323 and I have the 80 something payment taken out.

  Without any warning, I was charged another entire year for *** +. They should provide warning of renewals. One the day that I was charged, I reached out and asked for a refund. They said no and that the year was already paid for. I could cancel next year.
