Company doesnt care about employees. Company would rather you have an asthma attack in the heat of ******** than allow you to pick a location that doesnt demand as much physically. Company doesnt allow enough hours between shifts to accommodate hours of sleep needed for drivers. Company has stretchers that are a safety hazard. Company has stair chairs that are a safety hazard. The air conditioners in the ambulances barely work and we receive a write up if we refuse to work in a 103 ambulance.

Do not use Ambulnz in any state wherever you are! They claim they sent bills to ** for transport that was $200 after they billed my insurance, then they refused to work with me when I never got any bills and only received a collection notice in the mail from them. The fact that I never even got a bill then they sent the bill straight to collections and I couldnt even get them to let me pay them directly is ludicrous. Ive never not paid medical bills. I have every bill and payment record from that time period related to the pregnancy loss. This is a crooked company- STAY AWAY.

If you ever find yourself in need of a job and come across some company called Ambulnz, run in the other direction. It's all going to seem great from the outside in but once you get started, it is going to be filled with constant stress from dispatchers, rules being enforced out of nowhere that you've never heard of, inability to contact the HR department, being held over your already 10-hour shift sometimes 3 - 5 hours, and no sign on bonus because they found a reason to write you up. Working four 10-hour shifts a week is great but it is not worth the h*** that this job is going to put you through sometimes. This place is also not very kid-friendly. I know some of my co-workers who have needed to pick their kids up from school or daycare, but when it's brought up to the dispatchers, there is no assistance because they need you to do one more call. The dispatchers might just be the worst part about the job. I don't know how they're trained, but sometimes they will do things that make no sense whatsoever. They are in full control over everything you do at all times. You can't even make a 5 minute stop at a 7/11 without needing approval from them. Sometimes they'll just not even answer your messages so you just have to sit and wonder what you're going to be doing next.Overall, if you find yourself looking to get into an EMS job, I could only describe Ambulnz as a good stepping stone. Use this place to get some experience but don't let it be your first choice and don't plan on staying long.

Turned bill to ********************* two years after service. ******** would have paid if filed correctly.
