Cancellation/ Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:
1.1. If you wish to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled service time.
1.2. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total service cost.
If canceled within 24 hours of the appointment, it is a full charge. Non refundable.
Please understand your booking takes away from another customer who could have booked, so if canceled the same day it's treated as a booking.

 

Rescheduling Policy:
2.1. If you need to reschedule your cleaning appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
2.2. We request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling requests.
2.3. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as cancellations, and the cancellation policy mentioned above may apply.


Refund Policy:
3.1. In the event that our cleaning service fails to meet your expectations or there is an issue with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of the completion of the cleaning service.
3.2. We will promptly investigate the matter and, if necessary, provide an appropriate resolution, which may include re-cleaning the areas of concern or issuing a partial or full refund.
3.3. Refund requests made after 24 hours of service completion may not be eligible for consideration.
3.4. Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
