    I signed up for a free trial and canceled. On 5/31/24 Woke up to a $287 charge. As pictures show they claimed they open at 10:00am, they had me on hold for one hour with no on answering. I want the amount refunded to my account or I will be filing a dispute with my back.

    I tried for days to cancel a trial subscription but their website was unresponsive. The I was billed the amount shown below. I have seen that many others have had the same problem. Billing occurred on April 9th.

    I purchase a hoodie and a tshirt which was delivered 2/19/24. The sizing is wrong and requested assistance as per instructions on the merchant site, and the only option is to send messages and emails. 3 requests for return label have been ignored. They detail a return policy but do not allow customers to process returns. I have been totally ignored.

    A trial of the service was requested for my business in ************. The trial was cancelled prior to the billing date of 9/11. and I received a cancellation confirmation . On 9/11 I was billed for ******. I attempted to contact them immediately and their system does not allow calls or chat conveniently. I was contacted via email 9/15 and told nope youre billed the end. I provided the email confirmation of cancellation and they ignored it. I filed a dispute with Amex and I was reviled because FUBU has time to respond to charge backs but not customers. The documentation provided shows enrollment in a monthly service for $88 but billed for $386 which doesnt add up. It also shows 1 day usage confirming the service wasnt used. I provided the cancellation email to fubu and my credit card. This seems like a scam charge at this point

    Signed up for ******* May 5, 2023 for a 30 day free trial. Was charged $94.99 on May 11th. Contacted customer service, rep stated they didn't offer refunds. Order # *****************.That is not what they advertised and request a refund.

    I see advertisements on 7 day trial offer for FUBU Television Programing, I took out the offer during the 7 day offer I had to contact support 8 separate times in reference to buffering, support could not solve the problem, naturally Im not going to subscribe to tv programing where the problem cannot be fixed, on the 7th day I contacted FUBU made them aware I will not be taking out a subscription, I noticed today FUBU charged my credit card for 1-month subscription, I contacted the company by email they refuse to credit my credit card for 1-month subscription, the 7 day trial offer is just what it states trial offer, I canceled the subscription on the 7th day per the offer, I need your assistance in helping me with this refund, I cant use the service due to the buffering Im senior citizen thank you for your help

    This is not our company. Fubu is a clothing brand not a streaming service. The streaming service in question is FuboTV. We constantly receive emails about their service and are always directing them to the correct company

    I was charged $115.90 by fubu but I did not open an account. I called them in October and was told that a representative would call me back as the person helping me could not reimburse me. I was charged again in Nov and now Dec. I am owed $347.70 from fubu. I find their business tactics unprofessional and demand payment immediately.

    Good morning! On Nov. 14, 2022 I downloaded Fubu TV for a free trial. After opening up the website I noticed they do not offer anything that I dont have already. I immediately cancelled it with a generated chat line and it did not cancel so I tried again to no avail with that generated chat and this time it went through however when I looked at my bank statement online it was on my bank statement so I called again and this time spoke to a very nasty speaking man that told me I didnt cancel it and there would be no refund. I never ever have had an experience like this and the way the man spoke to me was so unacceptable for any CSR. He refused to credit me my refund of $113.62 saying I didnt cancel in time. Honestly I never even watched 5 minutes of this Fubu TV I immediately deleted it off my phone within the half hour of downloading it and called the chat line and they said it would be canceled. I am so lost and upset by the way they spoke to me and the actions they DID NOT take. All they have to do is look at my Acct. And they will see it was never used. Can you please help me resolve this matter? I honestly dont know what else to do I cant afford $113.62 being on Social security and already have Dish Satellite. Once again, I did cancel this 3 times and they still wont refund my money. Please, Please help me I have checks bouncing because of there mistake on the chat line. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE they seemed to be scamming those of us dumb enough to take a look at there free trial period!!Thank you in advance on any and everything you help me with.Have a good day BBB
