      Guys Zaras customer service and online shopping is frustrating and worst. The only two times Ive purchased online, i dont receive any updates, and both times when I call customer service they say its lost in transit and they cant do anything about it.

      They dont give you a return receipt on merchandise purchased online Ive been waiting for a credit on my credit card for the last two months so far I havent received anything. Every time I called they said is under investigation.

      HORRIBLE return/price adjustment policy. Purchased some items that went on sale following week. Contacted them and asked for adjustment, no was the reply. So I ordered duplicate items and had delivered to store to avoid shipping cost. Figured I would return the original items at the same time I picked up the 2nd package from store. Took forever for pick up message. Went to the stores to pick up and also bought some more items. The like was ridiculously LONG .. barking dogs in the store, big dogs. They startled me numerous times not to mention taking my place in line, I had to stand to the side so the big dog could lie in my lane while his owner was in the return next to purchase lane. Once I get to the front after 45 min I asked where I pick up the items after my purchase, the store clerk told me "by the dressing rooms" ... umm, ok. And the lady was rude and masked... dismissive and unfriendly. TERRIBLE experience in the store. I HATE that store .. the **********, CA mall store. AWFUL AWFUL! Seems like those people hate their jobs. Then I ask what's my refund, where I forget you don't find out until you get home via an email. SOOOO I go wait in an empty area.. for some time until I finally catch the clerks attention, same one that helped me, she didn't apologize or anything but just picked up phone and then the disappearing other clerk appears... seemingly irritated with me.. story is so long.. just hate this place. TERRIBLE **************** over the phone too... ugh, too much to write. Just a horrible experience at this place

      Zaras return policy is absolutely unethical. I returned clothing that did not fit. They are sending them back and charging me bc allegedly they have been worn. I am a 45 year old woman and I have never worn clothes and returned them. That is also unethical. I cant even wear the clothing being returned as one is too big and the other is cut so low I couldnt leave the house with it. Customer service was a nightmare and there is no power I hold as a consumer. Beware when you purchase from Zara. I will never ever purchase from Zara again.

      If I could give Zara a negative zero star , thats what they would receive. They have Zero customer service or representative to fix/ resolve issues. My package was shipped via horrible T-Force. T-force left my package in an unsafe place and I never received my items. I reached out to customer service to let them know the proof of delivery is not my house. I waited 72 hours to receive an automated email stating the courier said my package was delivered and if I didnt receive it then I should send my delivery to a safe location. I am now disputing with my credit card company because there is no hope with Zara nonsense response and nonexistent customer service. I repeat do not shop with them especially online!

      Zara online shopping is beyond terrible. Most of brands and other online shops count the return period from the date you receive an item but Zara counts it from the shpping while they usually deliver items, for me in average, ~ 10 days, also you are payng for the delivery and for the return too! I will never but from Zara

      I dont love posting reviews like this but Ive been burned by Zara customer service too many times in recent months. When its good its good but when its bad its really unacceptable. I took five months off from shopping with Zara after an incident in January when I ordered several sale items for my kiddo and then received the wrong package. Service would not issue me a refund until I returned the items that were incorrectly delivered to me and then I received zero items from my order because they were all sold out. I just started placing online orders again and it did not take long for them to disappoint me. I just received an item that was missing a button but the item went on sale and immediately sold out. I dont want to return the item because I still want it but was told that they could not match the sale price or issue a discount for damages so that I can pay to have the buttons replaced. Ive shopped with other brands that have excellent customer service, especially when they have messed up. I dont feel that asking for a discount to replace buttons on a damaged item is unreasonable. My expectations as a customer are fair and ********************** continues to prove to me that they dont need or want my business. Giving two stars because occasionally I luck out when shopping with them but dont have plans to moving forward.

      Awful!!! customer service On Tuesday I bought some items for my son and the next day their website put a sale on their website. I contacted them to adjust the price and they flatly refused. It's too bad since all stores honor their customers in these cases.

      I used to work for Zara and I've been trying to get an outdated check replaced for the past year. No one in customer service can give me a contact number or email for their corporate office in the ***. The store manager just shrugged his shoulders and said, "Maybe they would re-issue it for you." This happened after the manager held my paycheck for over a year, refusing to forward it to my new address. It's a horrible way to treat an employee. I don't recommend shopping or working for Zara. Perhaps they have become so big that they don't care how they treat their employees or customers..
