      I call MCU twice and they are totally useless. They have no clue on how to assist but ask personal account questions such as last transactions made and they portray they have your information in front of them but don't. I asked to speak to a supervisor who portrayed he could assist but winded up identifying himself as a 3rd party. Reason for a 3rd party connection was because MCU staff were busy attending to other calls. I didn't ask for a 3rd party - which by the way, this person refused to identify the 3rd party which he works for.

      They deserve a no star rating. Absolutely the WORST loan company. Unresponsive, unhelpful, never ever do you get the right answers from them. To acquire a payoff letter an email copy takes 3-4 days just for an email and an original in the mail I am still waiting 17 days. I have also been waiting for the title of my car for 17 days. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE THEM!!

      The south bronx location is horrible. Employees are rude and show no sense of urgency. They just changed the hours you can use the ATMs in the mezzanine. No email, phone call, or any notice to the people that frequent that branch. This is all because homeless and drug addicts hang out inside overnight. Why not hire security? It will now close at 5pm M-F and close at 130pm on Saturday. All other times we will have to go to another bank which will charge us an extra fee. This is so inconsiderate and incovienient!

      MCU is the worst i deposit money orders and they put them on hold for 2 mths , i been calling the bank and no one have contact me yet . i can only speak to certain people . when i called the Weston ********************** about the money order they said it was cashed , i still cant speak to anyone . at this point i am ready to file a police report i have to pay my mortgage and this is not fair .

      MCU is the absolute worst bank on the planet. I have been attempting to close my credit card for a week. They refuse to close my card. I ask to pay off the remaining balance from another account I had and instead of paying the entire portion which I asked they only used some and now the remaining balance on my credit card it gaining interest charges, I have been calling MCU for weeks now and they answer the phone and tell me someone will call me back and no one ever does and the card continues to charge interest. This has to be illegal, the next thing I will do is get a lawyer. This is unbelievable.

      I visited the MCU on Flatbush close to ************. Brooklyn, ** on January 20, **** at 1:30pm to make a deposit. Upon entering MCU they were 5 people on line using one *** machine. They are 4 *** machines and only 1 was dispensing money. There was no indication on the other 3 machines stating they were only accepting "Deposits". I could not follow through with my deposit because the *** was not accepting cash. I saw an employee beyond the glass door and I proceeded to get her attention to ask a question. She was very rude and totally dismissive. This location has to be the "WORST" MCU in Brooklyn...I have heard numerous people complain about this location. The workers behave as if they are "doing you(customer) a favor" one is contingent on the other.

      Can I give 0 or negative stars? Ive been with MCU for 15 years and if I ever lose a card I more dread having to call customer service to request another card than someone finding and using it. Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with for any business. Spending 2-4 hours being passed between telephone trees because they swear Id be helped by another part of the tree, just to be hung up on an hour into waiting or to be told no they transferred you to the wrong extension just to be transferred back to the extension that transferred me, or even dumber transferred back to their own extension.Just had a person told me I ordered a card on the 2nd on December when I didnt even make or receive any calls that day, and the bank is closed that day. When I corrected her and told her I ordered the card November 2nd (even that ended up being six separate calls) she was adamant about it being December. Whatever I want my dang card!Every conversation over the phone with MCU is like a trauma that just clings to you the rest of the day, eating into the early hours of your day, and it has to be early, because they close early so if you work during the week youre just screwed.If its later than noon, you will be on hold for at least ***** minutes.New Years Resolution? Transfer my money to a real bank

      **************** ***** get on the phone with agent for her to send me back to the main menu after I was on hold for over 30 mins she told me she would stay on the phone, Im ready to close my account at this point cant even get into my banking online, never used my card and my card is in my possession and got a phone call from fraud stating someone trying to use my card in Columbia when I live In ******** ****** off!!!!
