      I am absolutely fed up with saks 5th avenue online! I ordered an item and NEVER received it. I am being told that there is a “request” in for my refund even though they know I did not receive it. My request has been pending for almost 2 weeks. I ordered the product july 11, 2022. My order number is: ********* and my case number is********* and also ********. I want my money back and this product resolved asap. Saks 5th Avenue is by far the worst company to order from and i Have so many issues with them!

      Order#********* I’m very disappointed in the service I’m receiving and I need a refund now! I never received my package which I paid money for and Saks fifth has been giving me the run around about this! The first rep stated I will be refunded but there is still no refund in process! The tracking info shows delivered to leasing office but there is no leasing office open where I live! So that’s a lie! And it was Sunday they don’t even accept deliveries or allow anyone to come in you have to reserve so there is no way!!! So this package was never delivered and I need my refund asap I need a manager to look into this and process my refund asap because I have proof it was not delivered to me! There was no leasing office open and they don’t accept packages and FedEx don’t know where the package so refund me !!!

      I received an email from Saks Fifth Avenue on July 4th that said my Saks Fifth Avenue gift card refund (******** dollars) from order #********* should arrive within 7 business days to the billing address associated with my order. But I never received the gift card in my mail. So I called and one of their representatives told me the tracking number of the gift card is ***** # ************. But according to the ***** site, ***** is unable to deliver shipment and the physical gift card is being returned to the shipper. In short, I never receive my refund from Saks Fifth Avenue and it's been 20 days. I would like Saks Fifth Avenue to send me an E-giftcard instead to my email *******************

      A total of three virtual gift cards were issued today and sent to the customer's email provided. They are in the following denominations and the customer will receive three separate emails. One is for $1,000 the second for $500 and the third for $75.00. This should replace the plastic gift card that was not received. Customer should then contact the ******************** and advise that the issue is now resolved.

      I placed an order for a handbag in May 2022. I called to have the bag returned. ***** picked up the handbag on 06/20/2022. That is the last scan and the package has been considered lost. Ive spoke with my local ***** office and they informed me and Saks the bag is lost. Saks promised a refund at the end of June. As of today, I have not received a refund. Saks Fifth Avenue is a disgusting company that likes to STEAL MONEY. WHERE IS MY REFUND YOU THIEF? Im disputing the charge with Amex!I tried to file a claim with ****** but I am not the original sender.

      It took a month for a refund when I was told it would be 3-5 business days. Youre a disgusting company and you wont get a dime from me! You suck!
