      Although not accredited, with a rating of F it is probably important to report on the bad behaviors of Saks Fifth Ave. They are thieves and liars claiming to have delivered a package the was signature only and was not delivered then refusing to refund the very expensive merchandise. They are calling me a thief and liar with no evidence of delivery and I have filed a claim with my credit card company. How are they in business and considered a luxury retailer?

      I purchased expensive two dresses with Saks Fifth Avenue and I returned them the next day and I am over a month now that they have had the items and they said everythings approved and Ive escalated it three times to get my money back and every time I called, theres never a manager available And theyre holding my money and theyre not returning it I have escalated to my credit card company, but they have to let it go for months until they can get responses from them. In the meantime I am out a lot of money and all I get is apologies and theyll escalate and then nothing happens. Do not order from them.

      I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from the customer service supervisor regarding my recent purchase. I had ordered an item expecting it to be in new and clean condition, but upon arrival, it was dirty and appeared worn. I immediately reached out for assistance, hoping for a quick and fair resolution, but unfortunately, my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed.The supervisor showed a complete lack of urgency or willingness to resolve the issue, making the process frustrating and time-consuming. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, I was met with unhelpful responses and no real effort to make the situation right. It is unacceptable for a company to treat loyal customers this way. I expected much better professionalism and accountability, but instead, I was left feeling unheard and undervalued. I will seriously reconsider future purchases if this is the level of service they continue to provide.

      Mishandled Return, No Accountability I purchased a dress from Saks Fifth Avenue in April 2024. It arrived damaged. I contacted customer service, who provided a return label. I sent the item back, only to have the same damaged dress returned to me weeks later with no explanation.I called and was told that, for damaged items, I should have sent photos and called in rather than using the online return processsomething I was never informed of. I followed their updated instructions, submitted photos, received a new return label, and sent the dress back ******** June 2024, the dress came back a second time, again with no explanation. I called, and a representative admitted there had been an error and promised to send another return label. I mailed the dress back for the third time. Thensilence.I followed up in October. No response. Then in May 2025, nearly a year after my original purchase, the damaged dress was returned to me once again.When I called, I was told the return was invalid because I didnt include photos and had missed the return window. This is completely false. I have records of emails and calls showing that I followed every instruction, within their stated timeframes.When I escalated the issue, the supervisor I spoke with admitted the item had just sat on a shelf at their warehouse for 11 months. He said there was nothing they could do. He also made it seem as though the warehouse functions as a separate entity with no coordination or communication with customer service. As a result, there was no follow-up, no resolution, and no accountability.After nearly a year of trying to resolve this and following every instruction they gave me, Im left with a damaged $200+ dress and no refund. Saks Fifth Avenue completely failed to take ownership of their internal breakdown. As a customer, Ive been left to absorb the cost of their mistakes.I wont be shopping with **** again.

      Just an awful company. I have issues every time I order, whether it be with shipping, getting a defected item, and now getting an item that wasn't as described. In this latest incident, I had ordered a dress by ******** the Label. The dress arrived crammed in to a tiny box, not a great choice of packaging from a "luxury" store. I tried it on and quickly noticed it didn't have pockets. However the listing on **** website described it as having pockets, and that was one of the main reasons I bought the dress. Immediately called customer service who had me send them multiple pictures of where the pockets should be (lol like that's something that's so easy to lie about) and then finally issued me a return label. I shipped it back right away and the dress was delivered back on May 22. Here it in June 3 and I am still waiting for my refund. A dress that was returned due to being incorrectly described on the website should be refunded IMMEDIATELY upon receipt. Furthermore, I checked and they didn't even update the description of the dress on their site, it still says the dress has pockets! What a ************. I don't know how they survive. I am opening s dispute against the charge for the dress on my credit card as I am simply not waiting for my refund any longer.

      Did not receive merchandise; sent video opening the box and still denied. Saks seems to be unwilling to follow the necessary steps to contact the carrier. I contacted the carrier and was told the claim had to initiated by Saks Fifth Avenue.I talked to a representative and her supervisor. this is unacceptable and will sbe seeking legal action.

      I ordered a jumper from Saks Fifth a month and week ago. I was told I could return it at the store. I tried to return it to the store within a week. I was told at *************** that they no longer take retuns from online orders. The manager was nice and said she will ship the item for me on Monday and it will take awhile. I am so frustrated about this why does it take so long. I returned the item in a timely manner I want my money back. I like Saks but I cannot deal with this return process.

      I am surprised with Saks Fifth Avenue. I had to order four of the same garment to get the right size. Then, they owed me a refund on my returns and I am still waiting. To add insult to injury, I had received a discount for signing up for a promotion, but they applied it to one of the mis-sized garments and refused to give it to me for the one I ended up purchasing (when they finally got it right). This is not your parent's Saks Fifth Avenue! Do not shop there unless you plan on headaches. This company is likely way over-valued and the CEO should be fired if the Board wishes to salvage their investment.

      Saks fifth avenue lost my package and I spoke with the customer service agent and she let me know I would receive a refund. After weeks of waiting Saks is refusing to issue the refund. This was the first and last time I will ever buy anything from them. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!
