      ******* this company!!!!I ordered a dress through Saks in Oct. 2024 as a potential option for my wedding reception in March 2025. I ended up not liking the fit/style so I returned it. I reached out after 4+ weeks to check on my return status to learn that the return had been rejected on the basis of it being worn and damaged and shipped back to me with no warning. I was told that upon receipt I could submit a picture of the dress condition for review, which I did and received in writing that it appeared an error occurred on their end with a shipping label to return yet again. I waited 2+ months after my second return for a refund, only to learn that once again the return was rejected and resent to me without any notification. Overall, the company has horrible customer service and is clearly preying on customers to make extra money. Never shop here.

      I had two gift cards that I inputted on my checkout page, they said they were accepted and were added under payment activity. Because there was a tad bit left over they charged the full amount on my card and refused to refund my car the amount of the gift cards. Their system doesnt allow for gift cards to add to the subtotal. This is such a rip off.

      Wanted to get a refund or store credit for a dress out of the return window which is currently selling for same price at the store. The dress is unworn with all tags intact and the customer representative would only repeat the store policy as if I was speaking to a machine. Was transferred to a manager to get exact treatment. Awful customer service. Actually NO customer service.

      It's a scam. Don't buy from this business. Returned a pair of shoes, and they claim they are unsalable. Shoes were returned and the same condition as received. I've had to file a small claims to get my money back.

      I ordered a purse online. It came 1/22 at 10:24 am. ***** I opened box and it was damaged not correct bag. I returned to ***** by 11:05 am. They keep sending back to me telling me that it was damaged and will not credit me my $1300!!! This is stealing! How on earth if I re or rd it at 10:24 am and opened it at 10:44 am. Realized it was wrong and damaged and returned to ***** at 11:05 am am I liable?? I am contacting my **** and the CEO to try to resolve this! This is terrible business!!!

      I will never shop at **** again. They have beautiful merchandise, but I am still waiting on refunds that they received in January. Why does it take so long?

      I ordered a dress and returned it to Saks within 24 hours of receiving as it didn't fit as it should in January of 2025 and yet to receive my money back. I have emailed and called Saks several times and they continue to say the return is in process. I have now turned this over to my bank to resolve. My recommendation is do not purchase anything at all from ****. This company has going downhill and so disappointing. I would give them 0 start

      THE WORST!!! I am extremely disappointed with the service Ive received from Saks. They received the returned item on January 22nd, and I still have not received my refund. Every time I contact customer service, Im met with unhelpful responses, and Im told that my case is being "escalated"but nothing ever gets resolved. Its been weeks, and I still dont have my money back.This is not only frustrating but also unethical. It feels as though Saks is unwilling to honor their return and refund policy, and the lack of accountability from customer service only adds to the frustration. I expect a much higher level of service from such a reputable ********** this point, I just want my refund processed, but it seems like every attempt to resolve this is met with more delays and excuses. I sincerely hope Saks improves their customer service and addresses these issues promptly.

      I bought a coat online 2/16 and on trac sent me a text 2/18 that they could not deliver it. I reported this to Saks. They said they have to complete an investigation and that I could open a claim for a refund on 3/3. Not sure when I will get my money back. Seems like they are just holding on to it to cook the books. ** said they would refund it but this was their policy. Never buying anything again there and I suggest you dont either. They are bad.

      First time buy and last time shopper with this company. I will never buy anything from them ever again. If I had known their customer service was so atrocious I would have never ordered from them. A few weeks ago, I was shopping for a item I could only find at retailers and **** was one of the companies that was selling it. It was a bottle of 6.8 oz bottle of Maison ******* ********* *****, Grand Soir, a $500 item. The package appeared to have left their shipping facility at a reasonable duration of time, and it showed to be delivered on schedule. However, when I picked up the box it was completely empty. Saks Fifth Avenue had used a company called ******* and during its shipping at some point someone had ripped open the side of the box and removed the item. When I contacted **** customer service, they said they would open up a case and get back to me. No idea how long it would take or any resolution for my issue at that time, but I had a bad feeling. Any company that has to open a case instead of resolving the issue at the time the customer calls had me worried. Five days later they contacted me via email saying they had decided to not issue any type of refund or make any attempts to solve the problem. It was somehow my fault the item was stolen during the delivery process, and I was expected to pay $5oo for an empty box. Since there was no one to talk to and they didnt care about making any other efforts to resolve, even after I told them I had video footage of the delivery and the way the carrier was holding the box and swinging it around you could tell it was empty. I also offered to send them pictures of the box opened from one end but note of that mattered. I would not recommend using this company for any purchases online. If you dont get the item they do not care as long as they have their money.
