      Worse customer service in the industry. I was lucky to get my order but a sales tax was assessed and charged on my card. I live in ** and there is no tax on clothing. For the lady two months tried to get my tax refunded. Never ever order from their online store.

      the absolute worst experience and process when ordering. the worst customer service. rarely will you get your order in time. they use * ***** who never sends your item on time.

      Saks is the worst when it comes to refunds. I purchased two expensive dresses on July 31st 2022 and paid overnight shipping. When I received the box August 2nd, 2022 via ***** both dresses were missing and the box had clearly been tampered with. I called ********************* on August 2nd and filed a claim with *****. I then called to follow up on on August 8th and spoke with ****. On August 8th they said the claim would be expedited. I called again today August 21st and they are telling me it's going to be Sept 7th before I may get a refund back. I will never order from Saks again. Horrible customer service and are full of excuses.

      ordered something for my kids birthday almost $200 one week later label created hasnt shipped contacted saks and it says arrived 2 days later not sure why they create the label then hold the product. Check around my house multiple times check with neighbors check with ***** my package is gone. Ask for a refund they say allow us ***** days I wait ***** days nothing contacted saks 6 times about the product they said wait ***** days got an email 3 days ago refund processing please allow up to 10 days. companies always write that but my card is always instant nothing. 2nd package also hasnt been delivered contact support 3 times they say we'll request a refund a couple days later ask for progress on the refund request they say there was no request ill start one now. worst customer service ever

      THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! It seems like they are all undergoing training! They hang up on you when they dont know how to help you!! ******* speak English!! Oh and good luck getting a manager on the phone!!!! You just waste your time with them! At the end they tell you a manager will call you back! But guess what?? They never do!!!

      The worst customer service I have ever received. Incompetent outsourced customer support agents havent solved a simplest problem. When shopping at Saks I expect a luxury experience, but instead I get an app that crashes when I search for an item and outsourced customer support. I get better service at the cheapest retail store.

      This company has horrendous customer service. I received damaged items and the returns process is impossible. **************** repeatedly lied to me. Ive been charged for multiple items I do not posses & I seemingly have no recourse.

      I returned 2 dresses I ordered, and Saks Off 5th received them on June 30th. I called in mid July and was told it had not yet been 15 business days, but the customer service representative said she would put a rush on my refund. Today is July 29th, and I still have not received credit for these dresses. She admitted that it was beyond the 15 business days and would put in a claim for me. I will never order from them again and recommend that no one else does.
