Ive accumulated enough survey points to redeem a $60 gift card and have tried to redeem it various times and it never works. *** sent countless messages to Perksy support asking for help and have yet to receive a response. Ive also emailed them and havent heard back. They owe their panelists incentives as payment for their feedback and are getting that based on false pretensesCustomer Answer

Ive been filling out surveys on Perksy since 2019 and have successfully redeemed points for gift cards twice, but more recently was unable to redeem a $25 credit. I contacted the company via the app and ******* but got no response and was even blocked from messaging them on ******* after two attempts at contacting them. I continue to receive opportunities to fill out surveys which implies that the company is still functioning, but I havent been able to redeem my credit for months now.Customer Answer

I completed surveys for Perksy. I had done enough surveys to collect $100. When I tried to cash out a message would appear saying oops something went wrong. I waited and tried several more times for about a month but had no luck. I still could not cash out. I deleted my app thinking maybe reinstalling it would help. To my surprise, the app was no longer available. I did $100 worth of surveys and was not paid. I contacted their customer service, but did not receive a reply. I then contacted their customer service and told them that I was looking for someone to send out surveys on me and my companys behalf and I did get a reply from them telling me they would be very happy to help me with that. I did not need the companys help. I was trying to get a hold of someone so I told them that is what I needed. When I told them that I was actually contacting them in hopes that they would pay me for my time they never responded, and I could not get a hold of them again I dont need money. In fact I am quite lucky in that area. However, I have a problem with being taken advantage of and being scammed and it looks like other people have had the same issue. If the company can reply to me when I inquire about hiring them do surveys for me but they cant respond when I ask them for help cashing out for doing surveys, it tells me they are being fraudulent. I have not been able to redeem points I have earned. I have sent several requests for help-no response. When I checked online, many others are having the same problem. I just want to be able to redeem *********. The app still sends surveys for completion, which I still complete. But they are not honoring their end of the bargain which is to redeem points earned for completing their surveys. Thank you for your help, I do appreciate it! I have been doing surveys on this app for over a year now. It took up until 2 days ago to accrue enough points to be able to redeem a $20 gift card, but when I try to redeem it, I get an error message. I attempted to reach out to customer service using both the help button on the app and the contact us page on their website, but I havent received any reply. Also, when I did a bit of research on ******* I found many recent posts about other users having the same issue.They are still sending out surveys to app users, so they are still taking payments from companies wishing to do user research. Perksy has continued sending out surveys for users of the app to take, but have stopped giving out the monetary rewards they promised. They are unresponsive on social media as well as the help section of their app. They have stolen from many people. They owe me $40+ worth of gift cards for my service.
