    Amazon Purchase: December 30, 2021 Shipped: Jan 10, 2022 Order #***-*************** Rachael *** Pots and Pans Set, 13 Piece, Teal Shimmer Issue Pieces: 1 1/2 quart; 3 QT, 8 1/2 inch; 10 1/4 inch; and 6 QT Included pics of scratches, bottom of pots/pans and outside.I have attempted multiple times since May 2022, to file an online complaint and load pics, it does not work for multiple items as the site states, as of today I was able to get three of the items loaded and then it stopped. When I went to refresh of course you clear the page. What I am not going to continue to do is waste time on an application that doesn't do what it states, that is what brings me here. I paid over $100 for this set, it has been well taken care of and I didn't start using it until the end of February after my kitchen updates were complete. With that being said, I have scratches in the bottom of most of the cookware that I purchased. I am a family of 2 and don't cook enough to "damage" cookware, I do not own a dishwasher and the cooking utensils that I use are also Rachael ***. I hand wash, and soak if needed and don't use anything harsh. So I am unsure why within months I began seeing scratches and it's only gotten worse. I have an electric stove and don't cook anything that requires high heat. I need these items replaced, as I love the color, it matches my kitchen theme and one reason I did a small kitchen update. What I can't afford is to pay over $100 every 6 months for cookware! I would love to have a replacement of the same, I am not looking for money back, just to get what I paid for and it hold its value. Also, work on updating your site, while I understand there is an **** week delay, you may want to consider hiring more staff, you didn't wait that long to get our money for this product!

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Rachael Ray Digital LLC regarding complaint ID ********. This is so frustrating to spend this kind of money and not receive even an acknowledgment of my complaint. I definitely wont purchase anymore of her cheaply made products.
