    Filed a warranty claim and it said it will be 3 to 5 days. It had been 4 months. I tried emailing them and got no response. I tried calling them and all I get is a recording to tell me to email them.I would have been better off buying a $5 pot from Goodwill.

    I placed a warranty claim online on 11 Mar 2023. I was given reference # ****** on a Classic Brights Hard Enamel pan that the coating is coming off; the letter said it would be 3-5 business days for a reply. 10 business days later I called their consumer relations phone number and got a person to answer, then got put on hold and then hung up on me. Now the number has a "Closed" recording and you cannot even leave a message. I am NOT buying another ********************* product ever again.
