Would give zero stars if I could. ******************************* Was extremely rude, and unhelpful. He didn't ask me a single question. The first words out of his mouth were "heres a prescription" when I tried to ask a question he responded with "IM THE DOCTOR here". When I tried to get a refund, because I'm now having to spend more money at a REAL doctor they had a million excuses as to why they wouldn't refund my money. Do not use this company. Their doctors are terrible, do not care if they're actually helping and they're only out to get your money.Sesame, Inc.

So thankful that I found Sesame! I had an allergic reaction to something that I tried to treat on my own for 2 days since I don't currently have insurance. It kept getting worse.... I was able to video call with a Dr on a Sunday evening for only $35! Unheard of! No waiting for the office to open the next day, no calling to try and get in touch with a scheduler in hopes that they had a same day appointment, no traffic, no waiting room, no waiting for the dr once you actually get in a room...you get it! Super convenient. What's more is that she gave me a prescription for 3 medications and all 3 ended up costing less than the visit! So thankful for them!Sesame, Inc.

A Sesame doctor prescribed me three medications with five refills in March 2023. In May 2023, I moved to a different state. As part of the move, I attempted to transfer my meds to my new pharmacy. At the time, the scrips were all active and had 3 refills remaining.Sesame refused to transfer the medications without a $50 appointment fee with the doctor who originally prescribed the medication. Unfortunately for me, that provider is not licensed in my new state. Sesame then told me I needed pay an appointment fee for a new provider to restart my treatment plan, including new blood work panels which issue an extra expense on top of the fee.When I asked why they couldn't just call in my active, existing prescriptions to a new pharmacy like a normal doctor, they just gave me the runaround saying it's not possible. I spoke with five representatives regarding this because I was sure it was a misunderstanding but no - if you dare ask to change pharmacies, this place will literally not maintain their own treatment plans or honor the medications their own providers prescribe without charging $50. They also won't confirm transfers if a pharmacy reaches out to them.To add insult to injury, they made it impossible to provide any feedback on the customer service process because you can only leave feedback on open tickets, and everyone I spoke with closed the ticket before the feedback request email came through.In short, they were great until they weren't. I've never had a doctor demand a full appointment and all the extra money that entails just to authorize a prescription transfer. It's dishonest at best. I will never use them again.Sesame, Inc.
