    Sesame is an amazing healthcare site for mental and physical health.My provider ************************* is the best Nurse practitioner in America . She changed my life . She handles both my mental and physical health. She taught me about patience and strength and gave me tools and great advice to help me with my mental and physical difficulties . She restored my faulty in God . So Sesame knows how to hire excellent people and professionals . They ate affordable priced in addition . Its easy to use . Theres just nothing to say but good things . Sesame changed my life and I would recommend it strongly.

    They matched me with a provider who wasn't even licensed in my state and therefore could not help me. Not the provider's fault. Why wasnt I shown providers in my area? This was after I paid $40 and now I can't even reach a human to help me. Waste of time and whoever runs this scam should be dead in a ditch.

    My provider was great, but Sesamecare only cares about money. I started with my provider in August 2022. I needed a prescription for something that is over-the-counter but with a prescription it is covered 100% by my insurance. It's a long story but I need to go outside of my normal PCP to get the prescription. My Sesame provider and I agreed that I would visit with him twice a year, and he would write the script for 6 months at a time. He made an error on my recent prescription order, giving me a 3 month order instead of the 6 month as he stated. When I tried to reach out to him, through Sesamecare, I received an email from **** stating I would need to schedule another appointment, and pay for it, in order to fix the problem. When I called in, upset as this was a simple error, ****** said the same thing "this is just how our program works." I would have to pay for another visit just to have him fix his error. Again the provider was fine but I would NOT recommend Sesame AT ALL. There are TONS of other options out there and I would recommend you use a company other that SesameCare.

    It is common for clinicians, especially with virtual care, to schedule a follow-up visit before prescribing multiple refills of medication. Additionally, by the time you contacted our Customer Support team, too much time had passed since your original appointment for us to request any changes to your prescription.

    However, we were able to confirm that you were able to connect with your provider directly, and they corrected the prescription to reflect your desired quantity.

    You are not are not quoting me correctly. I was quite happy with the "visit" it is indeed the poor support at Sesame with which I'm extremely unhappy. With my local PCP I have an online portal in order to send a message to my provider. This is where Sesame fails, in a major way. My Sesame provider made a simple mistake; it happens. Your support team provided no way to get a message to my providerto explain the mistake, thinking I was lying about the mistake and wanting me to pay another fee. This is wrong on so many levels. I wasn't lying, and Sesame only cares about money.

    Very satisfied. ***** was very professional and a joy to have as my NP. She was very attentive asking questions and took her time getting my responsives. I have a follow up in a couple of months and hope I can get her again.

    This company is awful, should be 0 stars. My 1st experience with them (which was not great but I got what I needed at least) concerned me. My 2nd and final experience just confirmed for me that this is just a blatant money grab. I've seen the same provider both times, and the appointment was handled similarly both times by the "provider".My appointments with my "provider" we're scheduled for 5/1.First off This "provider" provided no "assessment". He called me an hour and fifteen minutes before the scheduled times of the appointments, over the telephone instead of joining the video call, so my kids were not even present. I actually had two appointments scheduled, 1 for my son and 1 for my daughter back to back. He asked me two questions and the call was over in about 30 seconds. He basically double-dipped these two appointments for a very rushed 30 second, $100 phone call.The Dr. asked 2 questions and agreed to write the sick notes I needed as I had described, which was to be for the full week each of my kids were sick and out of school. However when I realized after the note was written incorrectly, the answer from him/support was just false and didn't track with reality at all. He wrote the note for 1 day instead of the full week my kids were sick. He claimed he couldn't write the note for the week because he didn't see them before the week they were sick. He obviously doesn't need to talk to me before my kids are sick, that makes zero sense, you can only write a note excusing an illness after it has happened, not one that will happen in the future, that's absurd.I waited a week just to be informed my request to fix this issue would be refused by sesame/ the "provider".By law parents are expected to provide schools with sick notes. I was left without this necessary paperwork to show that my children were indeed sick because of either the incompetence and/or dishonesty of the "provider" and due to the mishandling of this situation by Sesame's Customer Support.

    Providers have the ability to issue notes, referrals, lab orders, or other paperwork when deemed appropriate. It is standard for providers to issue excuse notes for the date of service only. However, they are not required to issue excuse notes for future or retroactive dates.

    Since this can only be determined after an assessment, it cannot be guaranteed with purchase.

    I recently booked a weight management appointment with a nurse practitioner on Sesame. From the time I visited the Sesame Web site until I had my consultation was less than two hours (FAST). I appreciated seeing the doctor from the comfort of my home office (CONVENIENT). I was paying cash for the consult, and the Sesame price was even less than my high deductible insurance plan co-payment (GREAT VALUE). The ** (*****************************) was attentive and understanding, and has totally gone the extra mile to make sure that my prescription is both a) covered by my insurer; and b) filled by my local pharmacy (QUALITY).

    If I could give no stars I would giveIf I could give no stars I would give less than 0. I chose Sesame over Good rx because sesame offered free blood work once per year. I paid for the plus membership only to be charged for blood work and then to find they have no locations in my state even though they brag about having over ********************************************************************************************************************************** again for blood work.I decided to wait until 3 months later until I was in ******** to get blood work done and reorder the blood work sesame canceled that my DR ********** my surprise all locations are now closed but sesame still offers free blood work with membership.******** service has no idea what they are doing. All they can do is ****** locations and tell you to call for yourself. Every location I've called within 300 miles of 2 different addresses are closed. ******** care offers nothing to help with their advertised and additional payment for this service and membership. All they say is there is nothing they can do if all the locations are closed. Yes there is something you can do. Refund my membership because you falsely advertised services that you can not provide!Date of experience: May 12, 2023

    I needed a doctor's note to return to work but really was sick from something I'd eaten and didn't feel up to going to the doctor's ******* Sesame saved me the trip andthe Dr I visited with even prescribed me nausea medication Incase my stomach started bothering me again.. I'd recommend this to anyone!!
