I went in for my daughter with pink eye. The drops didnt work and they refuse to let me talk to the doctor for free. That is ridiculous. She just saw him five days ago

Service is fraudulentpaid 2 visits (~100usd) and they did not send in any prescription. Paid second visit to correct phone number provided in first visit and still did not get prescription link. I paid the 2 visits JUST for high pressure medication refill and am left with nothing and 100 dollars less Please be careful with this.Sesame, Inc.

The car is good, but the model forces you to call over and over again and page time to get anything done. I told my doctor I was uploading the request form for a headache kept sticker in two days. I did it the same day so I want anything back, and I wont hear anything back until I book another appointment and pay for it! I feel like this is a big problem. I let her know the document would be there in two days so I wouldnt have to recontact her. There should be some sort of communication dialogue for issues that are from that initial call and follow up down our line.Sesame, Inc.

Outstanding medical care. I have been to Sesame twice and will definitely use this service again when I am in need... The appointment times will fit with anyone's schedule and some are within 1 hour. When you are too sick to get off the couch, get dressed, stumble out to a vehicle, and make a drive to an office you can absolutely appreciate top notch care with a tele visit.. The professionals I have had the pleasure of being seen by are knowledgeable, take the time to listen, and are thorough in assessing your problem. I have confidence in my care from this serviceSesame, Inc.

The worst experience ever!!! Dont waste your time and money!!!! At the end of the day the doctor will not appear at the appointment, or barely speaks English or doesnt know what to prescribe to help you!!!!! Its a big scam and you will never get your refund , only standard message that they sent to everyone!!!!All the positive feedbacks scam too!!Sesame, Inc.

The provider I spoke with hung up on me . I did not yell ,cuss at her or anything but in the summary the doctor says I verbally abused her. She was very dismissive and did not listen to any of our concerns so I did get a little rude at the end but she completely hung up on me . Im a single mom who doesnt have a lot of money or time to waste . My daughter is sick and her mucus is yellow so how does this doctor know this is a virus ?! I just got a summary of the visit and the doctor is lying . I ASKED about Steroids and antibiotics because thats what my daughter has been given in the past when she has infections like this and it works, not nose spray and gargling salt water ( the doctor stated I insisted on medication) I stated my daughter wont do nose spray . This was very unprofessional and condescending. I was told to come back in a few days if my daughter didnt feel better ( yeah and spend more money ) . There is an infection already ! This place seems like a scam . I would just go to real doctors.Sesame, Inc.

Video. Not working. This time. But job was done. For continue medical problems. With same effects. This worked. Till cost comes down, it helps. 3 Rd time using it. 2 nd time got stiffed. But held off using a liquid diet. No refund.Sesame, Inc.
