    The Physician was very thorough. Asked what I thought were very relevant questions, answered any and all questions I had Ultimately after 24 hours my ear infection through his treatment and recommendations has already resolved the pain and hearing is almost back to normal. Very convenient, professional, and courteous. Sesame is tomorrows healthcare today!

    I reached out to Sesame for an appointment and the screen sharing would not let me join on my phone. I had to join on a separate computer and while I was doing that the doctor logged off. I was back on in about 5 minutes from the start of the appointment and waited for about half an hour for her to log back on. She never did. The screen said she would call my number if there were any issues. She did not. During this time i reached out to Sesame, the bot just repeated that no representatives for customer service were available. I, later that day reached out to the doctors, she said i would have to book another appointment. Doing that would required me to pay the whole fee again. After that she did not reply to any other messages, which their screens says, if that happens you may be eligible for a refund, I of course have not gotten one. Apparently she told Sesame she called me several times, that did not happen. After reaching out to customer service a third time i finally received an email from someone. Sesame said they only have record of her logging on and none of me, that is also completely false. Sesame knows I never received a consult or service, they have full record of that. They are absolutely not interested in providing service or helping people. I would have been happy to book another visit with someone if they wouldn't have required whole new fee. This new world of online doctors definitely needs some legal regulation.

    ****************************************** was very understanding about my ailment and got me the care and the medication I needed right away. I have dealt with him a few times before and he's always perfect at what he does, really cares about the people he helps and a sincere and everything he does.

    My experience with Sesame was NOT good. I had high hopes.I had a virtual appt with ********************************************, Tues Jan 16 at 5 PM. I filled out the form with the REASON for my virtual visit so they know ahead of time.I stated: "My Dr recently retired and i did not know this until my compounding pharmacy tried to contact him for a refill and make my next annual appointment with him. I have been making annual appointments with him for about 4 years. My Rx is working well for me and managing my hormones. I need to refill my Rx for same bio-identical hormone Rx dose and I am also looking for a new Dr. I have an appointment but I cannot get in soon enough. I have a compounding pharmacy (*********** here in **) needs an OK"From this, ************************* would have known if he could help me or not. INSTEAD I was being schooled as to how compounding pharmacies work. Yes, I know and moot point, neither here nor there, who cares. Can you help me or not? He didn't say. ************************* kept me on the phone not helping, just talking about what compounding pharmacies do once they receive the Rx. I asked him a couple of times if he could help me with refilling the Rx. I asked him in the first few minutes of the appt and then again in the middle but he just kept me on the phone schooling me on something that wasn't even pertinent to him in helping me. In a nutshell, if he couldn't have helped me, he shouldn't have taken my call to begin with. AT THE VERY LEAST, he shouldn't have wasted my time and strung out the call.He did not sound knowledgeable and he seemed put out. My partner was listening and felt the same way Truly a waste of time. If this system can help you, great. But if they cannot based on what your reason for the appt is, THEY SHOULD TELL YOU, REFER YOU TO SOMEONE WHO CAN whether it's thru them or not.The phone call was strung out so I had to pay $40 for nothing. I'm sure thus works for some people, it was an exercise in futility for me. POINTLESS.
