I've used Zocdoc several times now to pick out new specialist providers and I have had a very good experience with every specialist I've booked through them. I would recommend Zocdoc to all my friends and relatives.Zocdoc

I have been a provider on Zocdoc for a few months now and the company is problematic for multiple reasons. When I signed on, I was told I'd be paying a $35 booking fee per patient who creates an appointment. Once I created an account, my fee per booking was actually $65. The main issue is this booking fee. I am an out of network provider, yet so many patients book appointments trying to use their insurance. If this appointment isn't cancelled by the patient within 24 hours, I get charged the $65 and I can't see them anyways (since I don't take insurance). If a patient ghosts you and doesn't attend their appointment, you still have to pay the $65 fee. It's starting to feel like a huge scam.Zocdoc
