    In September 2023, I began having issues logging into the Nippon Patient Portal. It is not a username/password issue. When I login and pass the multifactor authentication, it tells me that my account is being used elsewhere and gives me the option to terminate the active session. When I click this, though, it just takes me back to the login screen and we go through this all again. I have emailed and called customer service many times, and I am told different answers, but nothing that resolves the issue. Without access, I am unable to manage my account, including view EOBs, get ID cards, etc. I am paying for COBRA, but am unable to fully utilize it.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Nippon Life Benefits regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    I still can't access my account and calling customer service as recommended in their reply does not help.
