Have had my Bike+ for almost 2 years now. I take very good care of it. After certain updates I noticed the screen started getting issues. It would turn on and off by itself, it would reboot randomly, certain points on the screen would not respond to touch, now the bottom inch of the screen will not respond at all after an update. Updates are supposed to help the product. I called and they are making me pay $600 for a replacement screen! Its not broken or cracked. Its a software issue! Many people are also posting about it. Its caused by an update! Why do I have to pay for a new screen when they sent out ***** software update?! I paid over $3000 for this bike! I could have paid a few hundred bucks for a different bike that offers similar features, but I chose peloton because I thought they were better quality. I was mistaken. Im going to miss my bike+.Peloton

I purchased the Peloton Tread Feb 2022- $2,600 within 3 months I had issues. Multiple telephone tech's and two service calls over the 17 months I owned the tread. In Aug 2023 the telephone tech did a complete factory reset which caused the tread to have a fatal crash. Peloton would not fix what they broke. They would not take ownership that they caused the computer to crash. Both techs recommended replacement of the monitor, handrails, and possibly the tread. Because I owned the tread for 17 months (1-year warranty) the only offer they could do was replace the handrails and monitor. The discounted price was an additional $1,200. **************** was horrible. ******************** stated there was nothing to be done. My husband and I dismantled a 17 month old Peloton tread as we could not see investing another $1,200 into the tread and $90 to take it to the dump. The company does not stand by the product. Expensive tread. Don't buy! I regret ever owning the tread. The classes are incredible- to bad the company does not do these instructors justice through inferior quality.Peloton

Peloton customer service is a joke. I bought a bike with all the accessories and the bike was shipped out timely however they didn't ship any of the accessories. I called to ask how I get my accessories and they told me to wait 5 days to see if you get any information and call back. The woman just would say everybody has the same information and nobody can help you simply monitor and wait. If you are thinking Peloton think long and hard...Peloton

Got the bike on Friday November 3rd, the power cord on bike was broken in half. **************** ordered a new one, great, went online 3 days later and now they are on sale. Called to get a price fix seeing as I just got it and can't use it. Nope. If I would have refused delivery I could have got it for the sale price. Nope. Nothing they can do cause have a broken peloton bikethat I can't use and now you can buy a brand new one cheaper than the refurbished piece of junk that I can't use. GO BUY FROM ANY OTHER COMPANY THAN PELOTON. They are unwilling to fix their wrongs.Peloton

I ordered a new seat post from Peloton May 16, 2023 due to the recall. The replacement arrived 2 months later, but it was broken in transit. I contacted Peloton and shipped the broken part back via their ***** label. I was told a replacement part would be ordered. 4 weeks later I received and email stating the "duplicate" order had been cancelled. I again contacted Peloton, and was told this was an error and a new part would be shipped within the week. One month later - no part. I contacted Peloton yet again, and was told the new part had never been ordered (this was September), and the rep told me she would place another order with "expedite." I called this morning (10/27/23) and was told the part did not ship because the company changed shipping partners. I was also told the order needed to be placed again. I asked when I could expect it to arrive, I was told they had "no idea." I have now been making payments on a bike under product recall which I cannot use for 6 months. The company has repeatedly failed to replace the part, refuses now to even say when (if) it will be replaced, and refuses to pause (or refund) the loan payments on a worthless item. How are they still allowed to be in business and selling more products?Peloton

I returned my Tread+ in August 2023 for safety reasons knowing I can get a full refund. It is now late October and I still havent received the refund. The customer support team said my refund was processed but asked me to contact Apple Support or my credit card, but neither could help me with this refund. Peloton said the funds were in a Stripe account, which I am not able to log into. I dont understand why they keep giving me the runaround instead of the truth. I have been an avid supporter and member of Peloton since January 2020. This experience has definitely disappointed me.Peloton
