Billing issues - purchased 2 bikes from Peloton in November 2022, Peloton can't get the billing setup correctly after 3 different tries of calling customer service. Very poor customer service, I wish I never purchased.Peloton

Do not purchase a peloton stationary bike, the bike WILL break down every 6 months, the first repair tech that came to fix mine told me himself the bearings only last 6 months. I have had this peloton for 2 years and he was right on point. Best thing he could have told me because I purchased an extended warranty when I heard that. Peloton used to have their own people come out and do the repairs, it was simple and easy. You called them and within a day you had someone at your house fixing the bike. Now they use a third party repair company to do the warranty repairs called "****** *******", this is probably the worst service ever. You cannot speak to a live person over the phone to schedule the appt. The company reaches out to you by TEXT and they tell you the day they are coming to do the repair as if people don't work and have a tight schedule to begin with. If the date they give you doesn't work then you have to text back NO and wait for a new date to be texted to you. It's absolutely the most ridiculous and insane process for a product that costs a lot of money to begin with !! Now I see why peloton came close to closing their business.Peloton

Peloton Missing the Mark with ***
In today’s manufacturing sector everyone is aware that the challenge is managing labor. One needs to ensure that the people you employ are promoting your product. To accomplish this challenge is to value and keep your employees based on direct feedback. If you are “purchasing” a service, then your sourcing department needs to be empowered to make good choices based not ONLY on price but performance.
Obviously, Peloton has NOT made a good choice with *** delivery service. They are under the *** ********** **** umbrella and are failing miserably. This is a PELOTON responsibility.
I purchased a Peloton Tread on November 16, 2022. Plenty of time to arrive for Christmas. My first confirmed delivery date was 12/9/22 and … yay… moved up to 12/8/22! Took off work. Rearranged my schedule to be available for delivery. No warning. Scheduled modified the night before. It then became a circus of changed delivery dates with late notifications. 12/12/22—12/13/22—12/15/22—12/20/22--Taking off work again and again to take delivery before Christmas. Calling Peloton. Calling *** who answers occasionally with an out of country system that couldn’t communicate with their warehouse in real time. Finally, waiting on December 20th and when the “delivery tracker” pops up and is finally active (as the warehouse says ********** ****) it is 10 miles away. I get a phone text that says see you in less than 30 minutes. No delivery. Tracker offline. They have my phone number…no call. I called Peloton and *** repeatedly. They “can’t” get hold of the truck. Can’t do anything. We offered to pick up at the warehouse in Cleveland. Offered to assemble. They wouldn’t allow it. Peloton’s answer on 12/20/22 was “in the spirit of transparency there is zero chance that the service will deliver before Christmas.” “Really?” So, the next day I get my new delivery date, JANUARY 16, 2023!!! Peloton has very nice customer service, but words and action are two different things, *** their parent co. for delivery did damage 2x on 2 separate delivers, they acknowledged the damage, sent them everything still 4 months later no reimbursement, so much of my time spent, spending 2 months with Peloton and they will not make right, Peloton went downhill when the owner was ousted recently it's a for profit now not doing what's right and building a name, it's not the same co.Peloton

I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased the Tread. I have the Bike+ and love it. I assumed buying the Tread would be the same. Nope, not even. I wish I never purchased this product. Upon deliver they tread was broken. The delivery guys set it up and left. Was not able to calibrate my machine and was on hold with customer service for hours. Finally they were going to send someone out a week later and replace the hand rails. The delivery team arrives, replaces the handle bars but is not able to get it to work. They set up another appointment for a few days later to have a repair technician to come out. He said he can't fix it, still having the same issues and to call Peloton for a new tread. Sounds logical, I just want a replacement. Nope, they would not replace it. Instead they wanted to send out another part to fix it. I don't understand why I could not have a new tread to replaced the broke tread that never worked in the first place. Horrible business practice. I was told I could cancel my order and then place another order for a new tread. How is that even logical. Just send me a new tread and take the broke one back. I am so disappointed in this company and will spend my money else where.Peloton

Ordered the tread and it was delivered 2 weeks later, however, the delivery team refused to set it up stating they needed 3 persons to do so. They left it in my garage and said they could come back 3 days later and Id hear from the company to schedule a time. Of course didnt hear, so called and got the run around, told I needed to call Peloton to create another delivery ticket. Did that, finally was able to reschedule for the team to come out, a week later. This day I scheduled, my husband and I have to take off work because of the window time frame given between ****pm. That time comes and goes, we called and chatted the delivery company, RXO, numerous times and was told its still on its way. By 8pm still zero contact. Called again to find out it was cancelled and nobody knows why. Called peloton back, they cant seem to find out why either. This is the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with, and considering the amount of money spent on peloton products, Id think they would have better service. I received an email this morning from the delivery company stating my service would be rescheduled. At this point I almost want to just have them pick up the treadmill and give me my money back. It shouldnt be that hard to have the company come and set it up.Peloton

The purchase was a gift for Christmas which was completed 2 1/2 weeks ago. The purchase is paid in full, however Peloton has ** complete a verification process which was also completed. Uploaded license and actual photo, still unresolved. Every time we call customer gives you the run arounds and makes promises that they never keep. Then I was told be patient we have staffing issues. They cant refund monies paid and basically was told too bad.Peloton

I decided to purchase the Peleton Bike + as some of my friends highly recommended it. The bike and classes were great for 20 months until out of nowhere the bike started making a very loud noise whenever you pedalled the bike. After finally reaching someone with customer support, they had ordered parts and charged my credit card for the repair to be done. On the day of the repair, the repair company refused to attend my house to do the repair as they said the repair required would take too long and that I should contact ******* to have them send me a new bike. After speaking to customer support once again, they advised they would have the repair guy come back to the house to attempt the repair. I was told by ******* customer service that if the repair company could not fix the problem that ******* would send me a video link with what tools would be required to fix the bike myself as this type of repair is not available in ******!!!! What a joke this company is!!! If you live outside of ******* I highly recommend that you stay away from this company, buyer beware!!!Peloton

I am beyond pissed!!!!!! This is a terrible terrible company!!! I am still on hold with customer service, purchased in full a brand new treadmill. Scheduled my delivery for today December 5th. The shipping company did NOT CALL ME!!!!!! THE SHIPPING COMPANY WOULD NOT ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS!!! THE TRACKING NUMBER STILL SHOWS SCHEDULED and now PELOTON WILL NOT GIVE ME AN ANSWER ON WHERE THE * MY **** TREADMILL IS.I WILL CONTINUE TO WRITE TERRIBLE REVIEWS UNTIL I AN TAKEN CARE O*!!!!!DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING *ROM THIS COMPANY!!!! The absolutely worst customer service ever!!! Agents dont know anything, also taking 5 mins for each message reply. I decided to cancel the delivery of the bike before its delivery. Still waiting for the refund, not sure when I can get it though, as the customer service cant help at all. This company wont last long since they cant even afford hiring some customer service people. They are probably struggling as people are retuning to gyms. Stay away from this deep black hole if you dont want to deal with the terrible customer service.Peloton
