      I would have to say less than 1 star- I received a peloton tread that was damaged- never actually used the product. Now over a month later I still am without a working tread but continue making payments. Terrible follow through on the customer service- they came and took my damaged tread without giving me a replacement. Multiple promises of delivery dates for the new tread swap but always cancel the day of the supposed delivery. So many lost days of work- waiting for the replacement tread that never is delivered and long hours on the phone trying to figure out what to do with no answers- I would not recommend!!!

      We got our bike+ delivered to us two days ago and I can't believe how come Peloton made 3 mistakes in one single order?! We ordered two pairs of shoes one women, size 38 and one men, size 44. Plus, a pair of 1 Lb. weights. They ALL came wrong!!! The shoes came in women size 39, men size 43, and the weights in 3 Lb.! I just don't understand how its even possible to make three mistakes in one single order?! It also didnt feel like its a new bike at all! It wasnt like they unboxed it in front of us. It could be someone elses returned bike. Clipping in and out of the bike is also extremely hard with Peloton shoes. I just end up leaving the shoes on the bike and just taking my foot out. Also, the handles wobble and no matter how hard we tighten the screws it still is not totally fixed in place. Other than these the bike is fun, and rides are very engaging.Worst part is Peloton declined to post this review because of not being compatible with their guidelines!!!!!

      If I can add no stars I would. Peloton has the worst customer service I dealt with. Very disappointed and very disrespectful customer talking to you like your are dumb. Im not satisfied with them and they are no help and what you need. If I could I would return have other customers not purchased this product. Not worth the disrespect.

      Short version...Bought a Peloton treadmill in May 2022 with a scheduled with *** delivery May 24th. After 3 voicemails and and two emails, I took off from work, waited all day only for a no show. *** said I wasn't scheduled. Had to reschedule and first available was July 12th. Told *** twice this was going upstairs. Two people showed up and said they needed four people to carry it upstairs. They called ***, took pictures, put it in their notes (I have a screen shot) and got their *** office on the phone to get a rush schedule in the next two days as my expensive treadmill was sitting in my hot garage. For the record, we live in ***** and the temps that week reached 110 degrees! I called *** and Peloton with both saying they will get this taken care of. Called Peloton on July 15th explaining *** sent me an email saying they are working on getting a team of 4, but wasn't sure when. Peloton said they would escalate the issue with ***. Called *** July 18th, told still working on finding a team of 4, called Peloton again and was given the same answer as before. Fast forward to today August 9, 2022 after a dozen phone calls and over 20 emails and still nothing! Treadmill is now scheduled for pick up and will take my business elsewhere! Please read all the reviews ( I wished I had) as *** is by far the worst company to deal with and shame on Peloton for not resolving the issue to keep a good customer. BUYER BEWARE!

      Peloton is awful. First, I have had the bike for a year and a half and it has broken 3 times. The touchscreen broke and the bearings needed to be replaced. Then a few weeks ago, when I got on the bike the screen would go black and I would have to log back in. I went back and forth with their lame customer service, reinstalled the ** and it stil didn't work. FINALLY they agreed to replace the touchscreen (and only because i paid extra for extended warranty). They shipped the new touchscreen out and then told me when they would come out to fix. They didn't try to accommodate my schedule. They told me Saturday so I cancelled plans I had to be here for Peloton to show up. I waited all morning and I get a call that they cancelled. Meanwhile I am paying $44 a month for their app which I cannot use. Incidentally, they also increased the app price and decreased the bike because their founder is a terrible business man who doesn't know how to run his company and they had to replace him with another incompetent who doesn't believe in preserving loyalty by grandfathering those of us who played full price for the bike w/ the old app price.I have asked for a credit because why am I paying for an app when the bike is a giant paperweight in my apartment??? And customer service has ignored me.This company is circling the drain. Do not buy a Peloton. As soon as I get it fixed, I'm selling it. Completely garbage company and garbage equipment.

      Does this give me the option to not give it any stars? Cause thats what I want to do. No stars. This treadmill is not worth it, because you PROBABLY will be paying on something you cant use because they will not come to set it up for you. We moved from out in town to on base (active duty military) and have been scheduled 6 times in the last 3 month to have someone come out to put it back together. We are forced to work around work schedules as well as 3 kids schedules for 4 hour chunks of time simply to not receive a phone call, or message that they are not showing up. Even when I have reached out to Peloton BEFORE the window of delivery to ensure they are coming, no one comes. Excuses annotated (per customer service) is called but no answer (phone on both adults all day) no one home (husband home all day those days) vehicle broke down, etc. This is AFTER we have waited and no one showed up, never during the wait period. **************** says they are going personally handle and monitor your situation but no one does. DO NOT BUY, this is absolutely not worth it and apparently not a ************************* since an excuse they use is not being able to get on base ( all you need is identification and to have the vehicle looked in-deliveries happen every day from other companies). And I hate that I cant return it. They wont let me. I have no rights as the customer. I am forced to pay for an item I cannot use because the company is failing me. I hope they go bankrupt, thats how disappointing this company is.
