      I recently purchased items online. Ordering was smooth; however, the carrier they used ******* delivered the items to the wrong address. I contacted both ***** and Tory Burch for this issue, and they both say it's not their issue since it got delivered successfully and that Tory Burch cannot provide a refund or resend the items. The merchants they sell aren't cheap and do not provide any solutions when the items are lost due to their carrier. How can we trust this company and make the purchase? I provided pictures of the front door images of the delivered house and my front door image to show that it got delivered to the wrong house and they still said it's not their issue. I've dealt with other merchants who provide solutions to their customers, but ********************** has awful customer service and this company doesn't deserve customer's trust. DO NOT PURCHASE anything from Tory Burch!!!

      A friend of mine wanted this Tory Burch pair of shoes which cost a lot, but since she's a dear friend, I ordered it for her and paid for it. The shoes never arrived. It was never delivered to me. Tory Burch said that ***** left it with the front desk/receptionist, and someone even signed for it, but the front desk/receptionist in my building said they never received any package delivery. They either delivered it to the wrong person or this is a scam. Do NOT ever buy from Tory Burch. I tried to email and call them several times, and the response is awful. I want a refund. This is the worst business I've ever dealt with. Not trustworthy at all. Bad customer service.

      I made an online purchase on Tory Burch website, this was delivered by xxxxx on june 4th. However, when I hot back to the house my package was not there. I contacted tory burch customer service and reported this and they made me wait 8 days for them to tell me the package was successfully delivered and they wont replace my order or refund me. This is truly disappointing $216 for sandals I didnt receive.

      I am writing regarding my recent purchase and disappointment from Tory Burch. I purchased a handbag. I received a box which was delivered to me by ***** and was left out on my porch while I was at work. I came home and brought the box inside which looked half open and incredibly light. Upon opening I found there was nothing inside the box just a wrapping paper which had the Tory Burch foil tag on it. I was so worried and tried to chat online and they told me they will investigate the issue and will see what happened. I sent them pictures of the box and told them how it looked tempered with more than half way open. Today I received an email that they investigated and found that the warehouse had put the bag inside the box. The point here is I havent received the bag! Its Unbelievable how unprofessional that is. A customer paid you for a service and he/she should receive the best possible customer service and care. I am so disappointed.We earn our money by working so hard, its not fair and ok not to get the items you paid for.

      I made a purchase on-line and my credit card was charged for the item. I check my credit and there is an additional pending charge on my credit card for the same amount. Its like they are charging me twice for my purchase. *** called and asks that they remove the pending charge considering y order is paid for and know one can help me. Other than to say the charge will fall off within 7-days. The orders paid for and the charge should not even exist.

      Just over a year since I bought a bag and the strap is fraying. I thought that I was getting quality for what I paid, but cheaper purses have help up better. I will never again buy a Tory Burch product. I even reached out to their customer service to see if this was normal, what the warranty was, how to handle if its a defect, etc. They said that they stand behind their products and then offered no assistance or answer other than going to a local cobbler and paying for repairs.

      The order I placed automatically removed the building unit from the shipping address. After I noticed incomplete shipping address and contacted customer service, they said they will contact ***** to update the address. They emailed me a confirmation email later saying that they contacted the ***** and updated the address to include unit number. On the day of delivery, I received operational delay message from ***** saying the building number is incorrect. I called ***** and was informed a completely different building number than the number that Tory Burch customer service confirmation e-mail mentioned. I have not received the package and not sure if I will. I request Tory Burch to either contact ***** again to update the building number correctly with confirmation of address change from them, or reship the package to the correct address thats listed in my account if the package get returned to the warehouse.

      You've been warned - Don't order from Tory Burch!While the specialists are nice they are not empowered to do anything. The ordering, shipping and reconciling are all different departments who don't talk to each other.I placed an order, received a shipment notification, but there were no updates of the shipment for 5 days. When I contacted Tory Burch they said it was with the carrier, but couldn't confirm so they decided to re-ship the item again. (I contacted the Carrier and they said they never received the item.) Unfortunately when they told me it would take them another 5 days, I asked to cancel the purchase instead. They said that it would take 24 hours to cancel since they had already submitted the re-shipment. 24 hours later, item as finally canceled and I was told I would receive a refund in 3 - 5 days. 5 days later no refund.I contacted them again and was informed that the refund was never processed so it'll be another 5 days.Let's hope that I finally do get the refund.

      My sister ordered a wallet on line , it was delivered to the wrong address on December 16,2023. The wallet was a gift because I was grieving the death of my mother. We didnt realize that it was delivered to the wrong address until my sister sent a picture of the package at the incorrect address. Contacted the delivery company (Veho), they took full responsibility foot delivering to wrong address. Spoke with Tory Burch, was told that they wouldnt refund or replace the cost of the merchandise. They also since my address didnt exist they delivered it to an address that was similar to mine. I have bought several items from Tory Burch and they were all delivered to the correct address. I will NEVER purchase anything else from them!!! Vey poor customer service

The issue has been identified and as a final resolution, we will not be reshipping or refunding your order.You are correct in the carrier Veho, delivering to 624 instead of 824. You finally communicated on January 6th at 7:51 pm EST the address should have been ************************************************************************************************. This is not the address you added when placing the order. In addition to you reporting this 10 days after the package was delivered, **** attempted to connect and would have corrected the delivery same day should you have updated the address with their client to carrier text communication feature.The address you chose on the order ************************************************************************, does not exist which is why Veho delivered at 624. As I do apologize, Tory Burch is not liable for incorrect/invalid addresses added onto orders placed by the client.We apologize for the inconvenience, however informing all parties 10 days after a delivery, we are unable to assist with any correction or future action on this order.We urge you to exhaust all possible resources at your disposal for dealing with missing property

      I bought a package 2 weeks ago. The order information shows that it has been sent but I have not received the package. I contacted Tory Burch customer service and they said the carrier had already taken delivery of the item and the company was not responsible for third parties. There are neither remails nor refunds. A high-end brand needs to be responsible to its customers. I've always liked this brand's products, but I'm disappointed by the poor shipping and irresponsible handling.
