      I just bring my item to return in store today at TORY BURCH ******************. But what they did is they set it for send back via mail. It is so disappointing and really unprofessional.If customers return in to store, why would they must send back to the warehouse?! Since the item also in a new condition just because we brought it online(not via store). They also lied, that me/somebody maybe already start the return online. I just check my history before I return the item to storo, there is no return process. And I just got the tracking number soon after visit the store. So weird. When customers return to store, they supposed to be accept even thought the item is from online. But instead they let customers go-forward for shipping back to warehouse. Really disappointing. Bad customer service!!!

      I ordered 2 pair of sandals on March 20th for almost $300.The package was marked as delivered on Sunday 26th but I never received anything.I contacted TB and the unbelievable rude, unprofessional customer service told me that it wasn't their problem my package was missing and they couldn't help with a replacement or refund and I just basically lost my money.I filed a dispute with my bank because I can't lose $278 on shoes that I never received.Is April 6th today and I am still waiting for a resolution.Tori Burch is a big name company scamming people.I would never ever buy from them again.

      Already twice I’ve tried to order from them online to then get an email message stating that it’s cancelled because they no longer have the purse. Why advertise something that’s available to cancel it days after it being purchased. Finally gave them another chance and order a different purse and it was sent back to them because they cut half of the shipping label so USPS was unable to see my full address and weren’t able to deliver it to me. I called their customer service number and they didn’t seemed like they cared too much so please don’t waste your time! Go with a different brand!!
