    Myself, and my company, used ************ *** services for a loan. We wound up having to hire a team to help us renegoiate payments which failed and Lendbug, LLC file a UCC-1 Lien Notice for collections. This affected my business and personal income however we where quickly able to resolve the debt with Lendbug and they have promised to release the liens. However, my personal funds are still frozen totalling over ***** dollars with *********** stating they have released the lien but refusing to provide proof. Cash App where my personal funds are report not having received anything from Lendbug and I am now about to lose my house and car because they will not release the funds.

    Hi, I am looking to confirm the substance of *** ******** complaint as her email to our company on 12/11/24 indicates her account WAS unfrozen.  Our agent originally released the account via Block (Cash App) portal; however due to a change in process at Block a few months ago they no longer accept requests from unregistered parties (we are not a Block registered party) so they required it be send via regular mail; which was done for *** ************** ***** ******* acknowledged at the time that the account was unfrozen (see below email).  I have attached the release that was.  At the time there was still money owed and the funds being held by Block were sent to Lendbug in compliance with the *** Lien and applied to the account of ***** *******.

    I had a hard credit check run in advance of being pre-approved for a mortgage, and in the past two days I have received almost a dozen calls from companies that have identified themselves as Lending Bug Mortgage and ****************. What I believe to be their websites (***********************************) (**************************************) reveal that their corporate addresses are identical. I believe them to be jointly controlled LLCs operating under the control of a parent company. I have repeatedly expressed my desire to opt-out of any future contact, with no effect. I contacted Equifax and submitted a request to not receive any calls based off my consumer information, but I am appalled that there is no recourse for me to not be contacted by this group. Beyond just a privacy violation, based on the fact that they are surely using an automatic telephone dialing system, they are required to provide an 'opt-out' mechanism under the **** according to the *** rules. ("next we clarify that consumers may revoke consent through any reasonable means," 2015 **** Declaratory Ruling and Order, para. **).
