I was happy until a delivery was delayed 24 hours, delivered to the incorrect location vs door and tge ice cooling had melted. Checked the 3 meats temperature and 2 pork, 1 beef were ***** degrees in the Florida heat. **************** offered a refund fir meat of $28 which meant $42 charge for other food items of no value to me. They acknowledged delivery issue and didn't care I would cancel versus continue with a refund. I was happy but their error should nit be at my expense. Canceled my subscription and out $42. Very unhappy-HelloFresh

For a supposed week of pre-made meals for 2 Including nice sounding meals like "ohhh parmesan chicken", "soy meat loaves", etc I get no meats, a few overpackaged breadcrumbs, etc, and zero recipes. Worst service ever and zero interest now in any "meal" delivery "service" way to ruin industryHelloFresh

1 starI have used Hello Fresh for YEARS! I have had many customer service issues over the years but stupid me, I stayed with them. Today I lost my mind. Their app, THEIR APP, didn't save my preferences for meals. So I contacted them to change my meals; they weren't available so I asked to cancel the box. They said they would. Well, my box came today so I called and said I cancelled it and I'm not paying. The response - sorry, there is nothing we can do. For real?? YEARS I have been a customer and THIS is how they treat their loyal customers?? OMG - they are beyond awful. Always had the worst customer service, I should've stopped using them years ago when I first had issues. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!Review fromPatricia S

1 starSave yourself the aggravation. I tried the free trial and went back and cancelled after the first delivery because they sent me pork, turkey, and foods that I did not like! Then they reactivated my account and sent me an email that my order was out for delivery. I called immediately after I noticed my account was not cancelled and asked to stop the delivery, and I have been charged $90 twice, when their advertisement said it would not be that much for a meal for 2 people for 4 days, and mostly veggies and salads. This time they are sending random meals they chose and want to get rid off. This is ridiculous!! Save your money and the aggravation!Review fromAmanda R

I was told to put in my credit card information which was a mistake "to reserve the box." After that- I cancelled the account. I am still receiving the box. I don't want this. I can't ship the box back. This is a shady company. AVOID.HelloFresh

My experience with HelloFresh was incredibly frustrating. I was promised a first-time customer discount (50% off and free shipping), but it disappeared at checkout. After wasting nearly an hour with their bot and a support agent, the promo code they gave me didnt workon multiple devices and browsers.Worse, I explicitly said I did not want to place an order and requested to cancel everything. Despite this, they told me a box was already in processing and couldnt be canceledeven though I was still within their advertised cancellation window. Now I'm being charged for a box I never agreed to receive.This feels deceptive and inflexible. They gave me a credit I never asked for, instead of solving the actual issue.I strongly recommend avoiding HelloFresh. Their system is confusing, their customer service is slow, and they make it far too difficult to cancel or get a straight answer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.HelloFresh

I had a subscription with Factor and have been using them for a month or 2. Over Memorial Day weekend, my delivery got delayed for some reason and showed up at my door on Tuesday 5/27 where it should've been delivered on Sunday 5/25. That in itself was not a big deal. I understand delays happen sometime. The problem is what ensued afterwards. The box showed up and all of the ice had melted, the box was clearly sitting in the heat for days, and the food looked hot, nasty and spoiled. I called the ************* Team letting them know what had happened and that my family could've gotten extremely sick by eating this spoiled food. While somewhat sympathetic, all they would offer was to credit the week's delivery (which of course had to happen as the food was spoiled and nasty), and then a $30 credit to my account. After explaining to them multiple times my dissatisfaction with that solution, they would not budge and said that's all they could do with is absolutely ridiculous. I honestly don't care about the money. It's the principal of the situation. My family could've gotten very sick eating that food. They acknowledged that something got messed up and were barely willing to do anything to correct the situation and save the customer. So, I asked for a manager who said the same thing and would not budge. So I then cancelled the service as I will not do business with a company like this. I am appalled that this is your "************* Team". The people I worked with should not be customer facing in my eyes. Anycase, I will be writing this same review on all social media platforms warning people not to engage in business with your company as you do not care about your customers. Good Luck. My Hello Fresh experience has been mediocre at best. I would suggest that you try all the other Meal Prep companies on the market first. My Last order came with tepid water in the ice bags, meat was warm, entire box damp and wilted and they offered to compensate me $57 out of the $200 that I paid for four meals for four people????? HelloFresh thinks accommodating me for 1/4 of the price of the box for all the meat? It should be the other way around, the meat should be 3/4 of the price of the box not the potatoes and vegetables! Literal trash service. We had a subscription to their trash dog food under their company, The Pets Table. We canceled the subscription after our dog didn't want to eat the food. We canceled not once, not twice, but three times. I just got off the phone with a rep, and was told it wasn't canceled because the "m" in ".com" was missing in the registered email. And we can't get any refunds for any of the food. So now we have 3 months worth of food in our freezer and a new box just arrived today.Literal scam, predatory company.HelloFresh

First delivery was left out in the sun on a 100 degree day, even though a shaded porch was within a few feet. Got a refund Second delivery was left at a neighbors house. Have cancelled. What a POOR SERVICE!!HelloFresh
