      This is the worst company to ever deal with!!! They refuse to listen to their customers when they ask to be cancelled and then charge them almost ********************************************************************************* processing. Their customer service is horrible they treat you terribly and refuse to help or give you any assistance whatsoever. We are out all this money with food we dont want nor chose to have. I will never use this company again.

      Ingredients were not fresh. The pepper in the sausage meal was rotten. The sausage smelled like a giant f*** The other chicken meal was a CUTLET and it was gross. Watery even.

      They overcharged my card & told me its just a glitch. I was informed I would get a ********** havent received it as of yet. I was also told I would receive a email informing of the refund & still havent received it. The food is not fresh. They send old ****************** Dont trust this company. There are other reputable meal prep companies. Go elsewhere

      Absolutely the worst customer service ever ever. Ive tried it to the beginning of May to change my address via phone. I was told twice to change it online, which I did then they try to tell me that it wasnt changed in time and it was delivered to the wrong address. Try to call them again and ask him what we could do about this and how theyre gonna fix it. She pretty much told me there was nothing she could or would do because the box was already delivered. I will never ever order from these people again. I would rather eat out a trashcan and starve before I order from HelloFresh. !!!!!!!!!!

      Tried to redeem a gift card they refused to honor it stated I cancelled it which I did not. This was a gift for 60 dollars and they will not allow me to use it

      Just a heads up about the gift card.

      If you are redeeming an e-gift card purchased from our website, you will not be enrolled in a subscription.
      We simply ask for a valid payment method so that you can easily convert your account to a subscription if you wish to continue after receiving your free box.
      Rest assured, however, that we will not enroll or charge you for additional deliveries unless you choose to convert your gift card account to a subscription.

      Also, here are the steps on how to use the gift card:
      Head to **************************.
      Click Gift Cards from the menu at the top.
      Click the Redeem gift card button on the screen.
      You will be navigated to a part of the website where you can enter your code.
      Once you enter your code, click 'Redeem'.

      Please note that the gift card can cover the base price of the box, but it cannot be used for add-ons, premium meal charges, or shipping fees.       Through work, we signed up with Hello Fresh to receive a free hello fresh so we would like it and sign up. Hello fresh sent the meal but it was warm when we got home. We had to throw it away. I called hello fresh so they could make it right and send us another meal. They did nothing about the warm meal. We would never sign up for hello fresh!!!!!

      Unacceptable **************** and Inability to Cancel ********************** Subscription I am filing this complaint due to the poor handling of my attempt to cancel a HelloFresh subscription. Despite providing the delivery address and details of the ongoing shipments, HelloFresh customer service claimed they could not locate an account. Instead of working with me to find a solution, the representative repeatedly asked if I was "sure" it was HelloFresh and not a different subscription service insinuating that I didnt know what I was talking about.This was not only dismissive but outright condescending. I am fully aware of what service I was using, and I found this line of questioning insulting and ************ make matters worse, the representative spoke over me multiple times, making it nearly impossible to explain my situation. I made it clear I would not tolerate being talked over or disrespected while trying to resolve an issue that should have been simple and straightforward.This experience reflects a lack of professionalism and accountability from HelloFresh. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in how I was treated.

      I would leave a negative if I could. This company charged 2 times the amount and never received any notice this was occurring. Extremely difficult to get a resolution. And denial from the company anything had been charged even though it was posted to my credit card. Bad business practice.

      While deciding whether hello fresh was a good fit for my family, I had to enter payment info to even see the meal choices. After deciding the meals would not work for us I clicked the cancel button. A message popped up that they were sorry to see me go but my next box would arrive on Monday I hadnt even chosen any foods!! I had to call and wait to speak to someone. They agreed to refund the money but of course the refund will take about 5 business days. Thats really questionable business practices. I hadnt confirmed any plans or any foods before being charged. If I hadnt gotten the ****** notification of a $44.90 charge immediately I probably would have ignored the message about my next shipment since I hadnt chosen any meals.

      This is by far the worst company I have ever done business with. We were okay with the first delivery. The second delivery never came, even though their customer support said it did. When I called customer support, I was on hold for almost 30 minutes before my call was answered. Once I finally spoke to a *** I was told i needed to speak to someone in a different department. Again, I was transferred for a total of 3 times, each time with a 20+ minute wait. On the last transfer, the same CSR who answered my call first answered the phone again, realized what she did, put me back on hold, and never came back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
