      Run from this company as fast and far as you can. They do provide prepared meals ready to cook but once you order something be ready. This company will keep sending you meals and charging you even after months of canceling your subscription. THEY WILL ALWAYS HAVE AN EXCUSE AND NEVER RETURN THE MONEY THEY HAVE TAKEN. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

Our service is intended to be one of convenience and easily self-managed! Please know that you can always reach the Customer Experience Team so we can help you manage your account and make sure you know how to get the meals you want, when you want them!       Our goal is to make the subscription as easy as possible for you to manage, and we never want to catch anyone by surprise! We sent an email with details about how to manage the subscription. You have the ability to skip or edit orders two weeks in advance! We also send a reminder email each Monday, prompting you to login and make any changes prior to your cutoff. After the cutoff, when orders are placed, we are unable to cancel or change orders. Setting a personal reminder on your phone or calendar is a great way to never miss making necessary changes to your order!

      We appreciate your feedback and will use it to enhance our processes and communication with customers. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.       Got charged 3 times for one box. not a subscription, ONE BOX. they charged me $55 for the initial box which i agreed to, then another $200!!!!!!

      The absolute worst. They wont let you use the gift card amount on your account with a promotion activated,

      Please note that the gift card can cover the base price of the box, but it cannot be used for add-ons, premium meal charges, or shipping fees.

      Click Gift Cards from the menu at the top.
      Click the Redeem gift card button on the screen.
      You will be navigated to a part of the website where you can enter your code.
      Once you enter your code, click 'Redeem.'

      Hello Fresh has charge my **** for meal shipped when the account was closed and terminated .I was looking into a subscription , after I finished its not what I wanted and cancelled my subscription right away , I week later I get a charge on my **** , call them up , they said I didn't cancelled my order only my subscription and there's nothing they can do , I was being polite advise I would call my **** center to dispute he replied thats your option.truly sad customer services **** *******

      Hello fresh is the WORST! The items are okay.. but skipping a week on the app doesnt always work. I keep getting charged $60/week even when I skip! So now I have an order coming Monday when I skipped the whole month of April and will be out of town. Call customer service and he says no refund even though it hasnt even been shipped. Overall I closed my account and will never use HelloFresh again.

When a delivery is skipped through the app or website, it must be done before the cutoff period, which is 5 days prior to the delivery date. Since your skip ******* was made after the cutoff, it unfortunately wasnt processed in time for your April 7, 2025, order.

      I don't want to use my "Roast" setting. I almost caught my oven on fire and still had some time left to cook. It took half the time it stated I needed to cook. The smoke alarm went off and everything. The potato's were black. I suggest you change your directions on how to "Roast". I am never going to buy another thing from you that requires to "roast" please give an alternative time to bake instead of roasting. Thanks

      ******** customer service. Purchased hoping this would be more convenient. Went to make a meal from my first box and the protein was missing. Then hello fresh didnt even refund that meal. They gave just $5.99 off as a credit that was going to need to be used for a future box because of their mistake. When trying to cancel, I was threatened that I wouldn't even get that back if canceled. I left messages to be contacted and never was. Finally I spoke with someone on the phone and at least got the 5.99 back. Will be contacting my credit card to get the full amount back since the meal was unable to be made without the main ingredient.

      HelloFresh discriminates against single people. I would think they would get the most business from single people who want to cook a meal for themselves, but the lowest meal plan is for 2 people. I wrote to the company, and they suggested I get the plan for 2 people and share with a friend. So I pay for 2 meals and give one away. Great plan!
