      I tried HelloFresh with a promo and was very excited to get started. My first delivery had one of the three meals that were to be in the box. I called and was told they would refund the meals I didnt get and asked me to give them another try. Which of course, I did. Second box came and the veggies were pretty mashed and wet as one of the freezer packets had leaked all over. I called again and to cancel my orders and figure out why I was charged so much and not credited front the last box. I was told I can only get a credit towards more food and that they would cancel my subscription, I could use my credit when I ordered something again. I got an email days after that my next box was on the way! I looked and they had 4 meals being delivered and none of which I could eat due to food allergies. I called back and was told my subscription was still active and asked what we could do to cancel and get this box that was on the way canceled. I will assume the best and say the rep I was talking with somehow got disconnected, however didnt call me back. So I get to call back and get this figured out. Horrible customer services and I have paid hundreds for food not received, ordered or in editable condition.

      This company told me I was going to receive a fee box. There is over $100 charged to my account. Called them to try and get my funds back and they kept me on hold for an exceptional long time. I asked to speak with a manager , they took forever to come to the phone. I made sure to let them know I will be reporting them to the BBB. They didnt seem moved by it. This company is a scam. Stay far away . Manager said they were going to call me back and never came to phone. Order number:xxxx**** My invoice in my email says $35. When in actuality there is a total of $110 taken from my account.

      Do not order from HelloFresh! Add on charges double the cost of your order. Customer service is rude and arrogant! *** *

      Absolutely horrendous customer service. I have received nearly 40 boxes from Hello Fresh and when I called about being charged for a box I had skipped, I was told I was a liar and I would not, could not be refunded. I'm sure glad my grocery budget went towards meals I did not even pick, as the customer service rep noted. I have cancelled my account and will be suggesting to anyone who will listen to do the same to avoid this scam!

      We ordered their meals for a 2 month subscription and then decided to cancel as our trial period had ended, but was extended a few weeks due to multiple bad food/spoiled shipments coming from their Georgia facility. The subscription was then canceled and the account deactivated, but Hello Fresh still continued to send us food and charge our credit card even though the account was !Deactivated! They stated they would not refund the money on a deactivated account. Next step is reporting a fraudulent credit card charge from my bank towards HelloFresh.

      Charged me $70 for 4 weeks in a row and never received a meal from them and when I call to get it canceled they told me that there is nothing that they can do for me as they do not have any charges on my account and without an order number. Theres nothing that they can do for me.

      I canceled my membership in 2021. Its now July of 2022. When looking at delivery services online. I guess I looked at hello fresh. Well apparently thats all they need to reactivate your account. They sent me a box of food that arrived as Im packing for vacation. Not only was the box warm but I didnt order it nor did I authorize them to charge my account. I called them the first call they hung up on me. The second call they placed me on hold to get a supervisor. I was on hold 1/2 hour and they couldnt get a supervisor but she said she would refund me. She talked very soft to where I couldnt hear and was deceitful I asked you refunding she said yes. Well she didnt refund the entire box she gave a discount, I called back asked again for a supervisor I was old a supervisor named ***** would call me back in a half hour . Never heard from him. Keep in mind I didnt pick meals i didnt check out I just looked at it. Im also trying to leave for vacation so the box is in the trash. Very unprofessional very illegal very disappointing. When I return home I may reach out o a lawyer

      It was great at first but this last time I ordered was a different story. I was giving 3 rewards and one of them was a $15 off a premium meal. I was on there classic plan of 2 meals a week. So I ordered my 1 regular meal and the a premium meal because of the reward. I thought that would cover the difference. I was charged for my regular plan and then the premium meal. I only received 2 meals. You would think that if you would not have to pay anything extra because you only got 2 meals and had that reward. But when I called to ask about this they state my plan is for the classic 2 meal plan for 2 people and if you get a premium meal you get charged extra. But I kept telling the that I should have then gotten 3 meals if was charged for my regular meal plan and added the premium meal. They said no that is not the case. I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold when the representative came back she stated the manager was not available and that she could call me back. I had read another review that stated no one gets to talk to a manager.

      Just awful. In the beginning the food was pretty good but now they are not worth it for the $99 per week price tag. I always cancel and reactivate my account but I am done for good. My box comes late and the produce either comes spoiled or goes bad on the second day. The recipes have way too much butter and unhealthy ingredients in my opinion. I thought I canceled my account but the request never processed and I was just charged $100 for another mediocre week of food. The charge just hit my bank account but they can't communicate with the kitchen to not make the box? Their suggestion was to go down to fewer boxes a week... so just not eat the other 5 days? Why even bother..

      Like many previous reviewers statethey used to be good. Nothing but issues with my last few boxes-delivered to wrong address, wrong or spoiled ingredients. Waited six months to order again in hopes that something would change. Unfortunately still not good. I only ordered from them since my order was scheduled for a Sunday. I was scheduled to go on vacation later in the week. My order was not shipped until Wed, delivered on a Thu. I would not be home. First they offered a $10 credit. Told them that was unacceptable as I would not be home to **** said meals. The agreed to credit the balance. Next order goes throughand I see my CC charged. Contacted them again and asked that they use my credit to pay for this order. Told me that a promotion of $10 was on my account and that they couldnt use this $60 credit because of that. Told them to cancel my account and refund this credit. They canceled and told me that since this was a courtesy credit they could not refund. Im left to refuting this latest charge with my CC company. Ridiculous.
