      Terrible from the beginning. All three orders thus far were either missing ingredients or delivered items that didn't belong. Today I received note that my delivery is delayed. The tracking system and word from Hello Fresh customer service are completely different. Too many problems and too little good customer service response. I do not recommend Hello Fresh. There are far better alternatives. I am cancelling my membership.

      Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me! Hello Fresh screwed up gift card orders last year and did exactly the same thing this year. That's on me, but a previous reviewer was correct, their customer service just isn't set up to resolve issues like this. Every other phrase from the ** reps ***** was some vague reassurance that the issue would be resolved and everything would be fine (and that unicorns **** rainbows). ** insisted that my credit cards had not been charged yet my credit card companies suggested otherwise. Refund took months.Buyer beware!

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY _ DO NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT!!!As said by others just this month, this company is a ripoff. It started with a fake email apparently from my sister sending me a "free" box of food. I went in to look at the menu options, and as other have stated, created an account. The company charged my account before I even completed looking at the menu. I checked my credit card account the next day and the charge was still pending. This was a Saturday. the next business day I finally found a legitimate phone number and spoke with their billing department. They stated that they would not issue a refund because it was less than 5 days from the delivery date - which that date was the day their charged my credit card. I told the person at HelloFresh I spoke with to remove my email from their records. I have also called my credit card company to dispute the charge and place a stop payment on any future charges from this company for the next year. Be sure to do your due diligence wit this company and be sure to use a credit card that backs you up if you fall for this. Another red flag - the phone number that Hello Fresh goves the credit card company (the one that shows up on your statement to call for any questions) is bogus. The phone rings and rings, you hear a click, then continues to ring, then the call drops. No answer.

      This company needs to be shut down immediately. I have had several small issues with this meal service, rotten/missing ingredients, but after tonight I am absolutely repulsed by this company. There were bone fragments, small and large, in the ground turkey meat. There were too many to count. The ONE bite I took had at least five VISIBLE bone fragments. This is not only absolutely disgusting but it is also extremely dangerous. Cooked bones splinter into shards that can cause choking and serious damage to the mouth, throat, or intestines. This is a very serious issue. What if I had fed it to my child before trying it? The thought is beyond disturbing. I spoke to a customer service **** ******* who extremely rude and did not know or care about the severity of this. They offered me $24.99 and said that was all that they could do. This company needs to be shut down before their lack of health and safety gets someone seriously injured.

      I ordered a box and it never arrived, I contacted them for a refund and they wouldnt give me a full refund only partial with the rest being credit towards the next box. Then they charged the next box without applying the credit because it technically had a small discount applied to it, as do the first six boxes you order under the beginner plan. I contacted them to apply the credit as a refund and they did after some back and forth, but both refunds I received take **** business days to appear and I am now left without those meals for this week and I am out $60 until I am finally refunded.
