      Order January 27, 2025 literally a small order. Here it is February 19, 2025 and my order still isnt shipped out! They sent me a tracking number two weeks ago only to not ship it. Reached out plenty of times now there ignoring the calls and emails

      I placed an order on February 1st for a loved one in a ny facility . My purchase total is $185 . My loved one was expecting this package . I tried calling and emailing the company with no response . They give you an app to track the package on but you can't get any information off of the app . It has had my order ready to ship for several days now . I want information on my order or a refund .

      I placed an order on December 16, 2024, for a package, order number *********. They sent an email that it was shipped on December 31, 2024, despite the website stating that they ship Monday-Thursday. No tracking number was provided. I've called them continuously and no one answered. I also sent an email requesting a follow-up and there was no response. I would like a refund as I purchased this order 6 weeks ago.

      I placed a food order with this company on January 9, 2025 and was deducted $350.00 from my account on the same day. I was told from their confirmation email about my order that it will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days. I haven't received anything for a couple days so I decided to reach out via email with my order number. on January 14th and I got an email back saying that the package is in the process of being shipped the week ending on the 17th, but still haven't got any updates about my order. Today is January 23, 2025 and I have decided to call their number ************ posted on their website but it just rings out and nobody ever picks up due to "high call volume". This business did not make me aware that it would take more than 2 weeks for my order to be shipped out to my loved one.

      I order a package to be send to an inmate from Wilson Inmate Package Program INC. They gave me a tracking number which isnt valid. I contacted them and they told me give it 24 hours which I did. they ask for my phone number so they can call me back. I spoke to a customer service on 11/25 rep and I was informed that they will resend me my package with and they will provide me with a tracking number by the end of the day. I said it was fine. The end of the day came no one call me back. trying to track the number with the invalid number still given me an error

      At this time, I have been contacted directly by Wilson Inmate Package Program Inc. regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: They sent out the wrong things and I ask no substitution and they send my husband jewish food which he is not. this complaints is the worse I will never order from them again. they wrote on the invoice I would get a partial refund never got it

      On 4/17/24, I placed an order for a food package to be sent to a NY state prison for an incarcerated individual. I waited and waited for it to be sent. These people are very aware that the people in prison are entitled to one package a month and it needs to be sent before the 1st day of the next month and then it starts over again. I ordered 2 weeks in advance, which is way over the amount of time it should take from ** to a facility in **. I never got it and sent inquiries. The date its needed, which theyre aware of and I got no response, after a month, told them forget it, its too late. They still never responded to their messages customer service its not at all. I paid them $50.98 plus another $50.00 credit, that I received months before, as they did the EXACT SAME THING! I never wanted a credit, as I never intended to use this again, but they ignored me until I threatened legal action for stealing! But still wouldnt give me my $50.00. I remembered I had the credit. So 4/17 I used it & be done with them. So I gave them another CC payment of $50.98 & my $50 credit, never received anything, ever! They continue to steal from people, Im not the only one, this I am sure of. So no response to my multiple messages, ************* on their site. Theyve since added some shipping nonsense on their website, telling people it was going to take some time to get the package, for no reason honestly. There are 10 other companies that have this service and NONE OF THEM do this, as they continue to steal & nothing happens to them. I want all my money returned, and I will be done with them. I wont be ignored & Im not allowing them to steal my money twice with no products, thinking ignoring someone will make them go away and they make money for nothing. Theyre a huge SCAM and they STEAL YOUR MONEY! I wont allow them to steal mine twice, I want my $100.98 & want them to stop doing this to people, by filing this report for consumer reference to be aware of their practices

      I used the services of Wilson inmate program since the May 6 2024 I purchase item to be delivered to ************* Correction Facility for my daughter she has not received her order nor have they responded to my phone calls or e-mail I spend almost $200 for items and have not heard from them since. I have requested a refund and have not rec anything. Thank you

      I ordered from this company 04/10/2023. They have given me no tracking information. They refuse to answer their phone and i left them 3 emails stating that i want a refund. I still have not heard anything back from them. The next thing i will do if i don't get my refund back is call the attorney generals office on this ***** company.

      Thanks for allowing us to respond to this complaint. Please note; we spoke with customer after she submitted this complaint. We explained to her that our entire staff is packing and shipping orders. We elected to respond to customers via email and text. She understood and agreed to have the order shipped. This order was shipped May 9th and delivered May 10th. Please see attached documents.

      On March 10, 2023 I placed a food order for an inmate with Wilson Inmate Package Program--order #*******. Once the **** day processing period passed and the order still had not shipped, I called the company twice (a week apart) and was told both times that it would ship the following week. It did not. I again called and spoke to a rep who told me she guaranteed it would ship Monday, April 17 and be delivered April 19 and that I would get an email with the *** tracking number. The order did not ship and I got no email. I've tried calling the company several times this week to demand a refund but cannot reach anyone and my messages have not been returned. I feel like I've been ripped off as my payment ($133.92) via debit card was accepted immediately upon my placing the order, which was over a month ago now.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

      The order was finally delivered to the recipient, six weeks after it was supposed to be. I will not be doing business with this company again. Lousy service, lousy communication.

      I made an order February 24th, 2023 and we are now in April. My order has yet to be delivered and I have not received any information on my package status since I spoke to someone in March. She assured me that my package would be sent after I gave her the inmates din number and she even said they will give extra meat for the delay. She assured me that the package would be sent out by that Friday and they even reached out to the inmate through Jaypay! Still no package or tracking number. I requested a full refund because this is absolutely absurd and utterly ridiculous. I expressed that I do not want to do any business with them and I just want my money returned. To have a customer waiting this long and no communication is wrong. The inmate depends on these packages and a good amount of money was spent. This company is HORRIBLE!
