      Company never answers phone. It took 2 months to get my sons blanket. Almost a month for a food package. And when asked to reimburse for the delay they tried justifying there policy. I would not recommend them at all. If your love one depends on his food package to get them through the month he will starve waiting.They do not care if they lose a customer was what I got from them. They have plenty of more customers. But at the rate there going I dont see how they will be able to keep them. Dont waste you money. And energy this company only brought stress to me and my son. Because he depends on the food package. ********************* and dont believe the hype and promises they make is a lie.

      This was my first time using this company they are very unprofessional I ordered my husbands package on April 10th 2023 it is now April 30th 2023 and the package status is still awaiting shipping I spoke with a man he assured me the package would be shipped the following day and he would personally make sure if that incarcerated individual can only have a certain amount of pounds per month and it is very inconsistent and disgraceful that this company does not care about getting care packages to our loved ones I do not recommend this company at all they should not be doing business of any kind

      Hello hope all is well, I need some clarification as there has been some confusion with my order and items were missing. The peaches , cucumbers, and syrup were missing from the package completely. As far as whats listed at the bottom why am receiving an account credit in place of receiving a refund for these items. I selected that things could be substituted. If there was no substitution available then I should receive a refund for the unavailable items, not a credit. If you the retailer are unable to provide an item in addition to being unable to provide a substitute your no longer entitled to keep my money. I want to be refunded not credited. As far as the peaches, cucumbers, and syrup, where were those items? Please advise on what the next steps are for a refund and how will you address the items that are unaccounted for. To be completely honest your notes are unavailable to be read fully, it cuts off mid sentence and I cant read the rest of the message, so please respond to me with the continuation of that message as I cannot open it to read it in its entirety. This system is flawed because now I dont have an accurate account of the weight of this package and we are unsure what her balance is for the rest of the month.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to working with you to rectify these issues. ***************************** I sent this email April 19th and nobody has responded. I will never use this business again!

      I placed an order on February21st and it still is in awaiting shipment status. I emailed and called and got no response so far. As much money that I spent on a package for my husband..you should be responding or updating because we are still waiting!!!!

      This place is the worst they have my husband waiting almost three weeks for a food package !!!! And hes in need of food ! Then there excuse when u reach them if u can because that takes an obscene amount of time , they say we sorry for delay we have so many orders . Like whattttt okay so what thats u and every other business!!!Terrible customer service Cant reach anyone through email barely And phone number not active I give them 0/5 stars but since I have to click one star because it wont let me submit . U will see one star but what I mean is ZERO OUT OF FIVE STAR!!

      Ordered a package over 2 weeks ago and it still says awaiting shipment. Spoke to the so called manager and he said the package will be delivered on feb 1st or 2nd. The package still havent arrived! I been calling and a young girl answered the phone with a baby hollering in the background and she assured me the manager will call me within 48 hours which was over 5 days ago and I still havent heard anything. These people are very unprofessional and I will never support this business again. I was charged $332 dollars and still havent received a tracking number. This is unacceptable and they need to be stopped from doing this to people. At this point I dont even want the package I want a refund for the inconvenience and for not even attempting to make it right. **************** is clearly not in their best interest!! Please do not buy from this company!! They will take your money and you will not be able to contact anyone. They have the phone set up and going to a cell phone. Unprofessional and very wrong to do people like this thats trying to feed their loved ones in prison!!

      I ordered a pair of Nike Boots on 10/17 here we are 12/8 and my husband still hasn’t received his boots I want them to refund me my 122.75 they don’t answer calls or emails my next step is small claims court this is a horrible company. Social Media is a large platform if they don’t resolve this I will blast them on every platform and get the NY news involved. *****

      They take your money, promise to deliver items then substitute with inferior items less than half the value! Received moldy food. Then told us items would be shipped out and 7 weeks later after multiple phone calls and email (because they disconnected their phone!) they still hadnt shipped out the items. They lied repeatedly for 7 weeks! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! EVER!

      Awful experience. They sent half of the order with missing items, and the a month later sent the other half of my package with more missing items and told me I am being partially refunded for missing items but isn't able to tell me how much my refund is. NOT worth it.
