    I hired Logo Orbit to make a logo for my business. The sales team was HIGH PRESSURE. I ended the original chat and they reached out via email and text. I agreed as they convinced me that I could get a high quality logo in all of the formats that I needed to promote my business. The person assigned to design my logo did not read any information provided. I asked for a refund and was told that I could not get a refund unless they presented their work. I was told that the supervisor I spoke to was going to work on my logo, but instead the logo was presented by the initial designer that was assigned to my file. The design could have been made by my 6 year old nephew and it was clear that the designer did not draw the logo at all and likely used AI. I still can not get a refund, and they are giving me the runaround. The did continue to try and get me to upgrade my package, but thankfully I did not.

    I paid over $1200 for a website for my business. I told them why I wanted my website and what the intention of having my website was for. After going on 3 weeks, they told me that what I was asking was not possible so I told them I was no longer satisfied and asked for a full refund, which is what the agreement stated. They told me that was not possible. So here I am out $1200 with nothing to show for it other than them harassing me via text message and telling me that they are going to keep moving forward. I told them repeatedly that I was done and that there was no point in moving forward. Looks like I am out $1200. I am so glad I could help **** and his team pad their pockets this Christmas. Shame on you and all that you and your company stand for. Nothing but frauds.

    Complete scam artists and all they care about is upselling. And the quality of their work is just terrible. My website is just ok, but it takes forever to get anywhere with anyone. As soon as I can, Im cutting all ties with LogoOrbit. They high pressure you into saying yes and then dont deliver. I wish I had just gone the ******* route for my e-commerce store. Zero stars for them.

    I wish I had seen these reviews... I was told I would receive a full refund. They claim they can only give back 33%. The logo was quickly made and cheap AI looking. The customer service was awful and literally kept dodging my question of a refund. Stay away from them.

    Zero stars. Garbage junk salesmen. Upcharged me for higher package which included 24 hour turn around time. Well, week and a half later after multiple unanswered emails I had to dispute credit card charge (I gave them 24 hour notice and heard nothing back). I hope this company tanks. I found local guy to make logo and help with clothing/ business cards. Hes charging only a little more but I know where to find him and am far less suspicious. I f**king hate scammers and this company is par for the course. F**k logo orbit in the face

    I wish I had seen these reviews first. This company promises you money back if you are not satisfied with your logo. This is a lie. The logos are cheap AI generated logos. There is no way the person that made these logos had 5+ years graphic design experience. I requested the money back but they refused because it was past 5 days of the initial request for a logo. This was not disclosed to me during my high pressure sales conversation. This is a quick money grab scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    Everything everyone here has been saying is true. Once I dug deeper into Logo Orbit and customer reviews, I changed my mind and asked for my money back. Now Logo Orbit is refusing to refund my for the website and SEM services that were not used. I and my attorney are taking them to court to get my $5850 back. Save yourself don't for their scam.
