    SCAMMERS. They upsold me on everything which is fine if they delivered. I ordered over 30 sets of business cards. The first half of cards came in looking cheap and not what I ordered. There were 4 of the 15 sets that were wrong and had mistakes. They said they would fix this and three months later nothing fixed. I have 15 sets that almost five months later I have never received. They keep giving me "tracking" numbers with nothing else. How am I supposed to track something that isn't a link? I have no idea the company they even mailed it through. They have no intention of helping me and I wasted over $3500. NEVER use these people.

    They promise 24 hour turn around on logo. This is not what happen for me. I am still waiting for all my files and it has been since February 23 and it March 9 and I only have half my files. I would not use them again nor recommend them to anyone

    They keep upselling, then when you agree, they pull a bait and switch. You are confused, there is confusion on your end and for the big finish Apologies if there was any confusion took place. As a gesture of goodwill I can provide you straight 65% discount. The time frame for delivery that they set was not met because, you guessed it Just because you had a confusion that is why we didn't send you the final files, Also, let me know if you want to avail a massive discount of flat 65%. In my opinion, do not trust or use this company.

    For everyone who has been cheated out of services and their money, the *** and state attorney of ** are aware of the mishandling of business and theft of customers and are opening a case as we speak. This company is running a Ponzi scheme. I have recorded all phone calls and texts as should you do the same.

    They up sell you and promise quick communication. They advise that your failure to respond to them quickly will cause delays in them working with you... and then they cease all communications with you. They don't respond to emails once they've gotten your cash. It is an outright scam.

    Int the beginning I was very impressed with their level of communication and commitment in regards to my project. Though I felt it was a bit of overcommunication and annoyance in the beginning, I would prefer that over not being able to reach anyone when thing are at their worse.
    They have already had to refund me quite a bit of money once for horrible customer service and messing up something that was repeatedly outlines correctly for them. **** begged me to stay and we worked out a deal but I informed him that if anything else of this magnitude occurs, then we are out.
    Well something else occurred and I was told that per their legal team they did nothing wrong and at this time no refund would be granted. The same things I had been complaining about immediately started coming through as I am trying to demand a refund.
    Now, this is the last straw. They made my site live and the amount of errors on it, no tax being charged, my own personal information along with other business information that was for their notes only and not for everyone to see ended up posted for everyone to see. They did not check with me prior to going live on a Friday night, then there was no communication from anyone during the weekend. I called and texted everyone I could and tried their online chat and came up with nothing.
    This is the worse business experience of my life and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
