    Without my authorization bilt initiated an ach when I never had bilt protect enabled. And now they have charged my card twice for the rent. I now have no available balance, can't use my card and have no idea whether my rent check has gone through. Furthermore I call the number on the back of the card only to reach ***** fargo agents who cannot do anything and I am informed that bilt has no live phone support which is absolutely unacceptable. So I have now submitted multiple tickets and have recieved no response. I have no idea what's going on and they will not respond to me.

    After over a week with no response and a total failure to understand the problem due to lack of live phone support. Bilt finally fixed the problem. However having no live phone support is completely unacceptable when handling people's rent. If you have any problems with your rent payment they have no customer support. Email's and automated chatbots are not customer service. I would recommend staying away from this company and their card till they respect their customers enough to have live phone support.

    On 10/10/2023. I submitted a payment of $3670 through ***********. On 10/18/2023, and after 8 days, PayPal informed me that this transaction was rejected. I contacted PayPal and was told that they refunded the money to my original payment method. After I contacted my bank they told me they didnt accept refund based on their policy and already rejected the transaction. PayPal refuses to refund the money to any other bank except for the original transaction source. How is it possible that this amount of money was paid by me from my BILT account and now they refuse to accept the refund and put me into this vicious cycle for days?

    To whom it may concern,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Bilt *********** Services regarding a recent issue I have experienced as a new customer. On October 4th, 2023, my application for a Bilt credit card was approved. I contacted their customer service at ************ to add my wife's name for a second card and was promised expedited shipping, ensuring delivery before October 10th for Amazon Prime Day. However, as of today, October 7th, I have not received my card.I have made multiple calls to their customer service, but my concerns have been met with unhelpful responses. Despite their initial promise of overnight express shipping, I have been told conflicting information, with representatives stating it will take 7 business days. This situation has left me deeply disappointed in the way Bilt *********** Services has handled my issue.I find this lack of customer service unacceptable, especially for a new customer who was promised a specific service that has not been fulfilled. I have taken all necessary steps, including multiple calls and inquiries, to resolve this matter, but I have not received any assistance.I request immediate action to locate and expedite the delivery of my credit card before October 10th, as promised. Additionally, I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly to prevent other customers from facing similar issues in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter.     Date: August 1st - 5th, 2023 Amount: $2,744.10 Everything was going smoothly until August 2023, when I paid my rent.I've called Bilt Credit Card about 8 times over the past 5 business days, inquiring about the extra charge of $2744.10 that's owed on my September-August statement.I called earlier today Tuesday September 26th, (10:40 am PST) to ask about the status of my card, and the customer service representative told me to contact my rental service because they double-charged **** called my rental property, and they confirmed that everything has been withdrawn from my bank account, and I am up to date with my payments. No double charges have occurred. I even called my bank and they told me no refund had been issued to me from Bilt.Prior: I've never made any charges except rent - ACH feature I had $2744.10 withdrawn from my bank account on August 2, 2023, as shown on my bank statement. **** sent me an email stating that it was posted on August 5, 2023.Back in August, I called a Bilt noticing my line of credit limit went up from $1,000 to $10,000. I was told that my line of credit would go back to normal once they received the money. A week later my balance went back to $0 owed and my line of credit back to $1,000.****'s customer support representative, ******** (if that's her real name), said that the $2744.10 should have been refunded to me but was not (Tuesday, 18th, 2023). Additionally, I was told on the phone today that I should have received an email instructing me to click on a refund link, but I don't see the link in my email. The customer service representative walked me through the process, and I could not find any email asking me to click on a link for a refund.I've shared with them screenshots of the money withdrawn from my bank account and email confirmations.How does a company lose $2,744.10. I was carrying a negative balance of -$39. Since June 2023 and that money disappeared too. I've been carrying a $0 balance since June.

Some are switched purchases but some are also direct purchases. I used to earn points on such purchases, but **** refused to award me the points this time. *hey quote that the * and C has excluded such purchases but Bilt never notifies me. Also, the *&C doesn't exclude direct purchases.

    Per the Bilt Rewards Terms & Conditions ( *********************************), Members may not earn Points by using third party wallets, cards or other products to switch the method of payment to or from their Bilt account following the completion of a purchase. Additionally, Bilt does reserve the right to determine which purchases qualify for points.

    ************************** Member ID: ********** I signed up for ****** services under the impression that I could set up rent payments through my bank account, as portrayed on their website. However, after trying to do so multiple times, I noticed a technical glitch on ****** website that defaulted to a credit card payment option, even after selecting the bank payment method. This led to my rent being charged to my credit card without my consent or knowledge eventually resulting in unpaid credit card statements and credit card closure. My credit score was seriously impacted.I reached out to Bilt multiple times, providing them with evidence of the glitch, including videos demonstrating the problem. Despite my efforts, ****'s responses have been unsatisfactory. They've either reiterated the steps I've already followed or provided instructions that aren't applicable to their website, further suggesting they might not be fully aware of the issue at hand.This inadvertent credit card charge had potential implications on my credit score, which is a significant concern for me. I trusted Bilt to facilitate my rent payments as described, and they have failed to provide adequate support or resolution.I would like them to coordinate with the credit card supplier ***** Fargo explaining the glitch, owning the responsibility of the situation, and rectifying my credit score.

    I have the **** MasterCard and used it to pay rent check. **************** message me and told me there will be a delay in processing the check so I canceled it and paid my landlord directly. However, I never got the refund for the canceled payment. Their website says refunds take 4-7 business days however it has been over 2 weeks and still not refund. I tried calling them and they do not have a phone number. I emailed them and still no response.

    I applied for the **** Mastercard on August 18, 2023. On August 26, 2023, I called their customer service because I had not heard anything from them other than the initial email indicating the application was received. They informed me that I needed to fax 2 years of tax returns or go to a ***** ********** branch and submit hard copies. I've never had this requirement before and am typically approved instantly for credit cards. I informed them that I wouldn't be doing any of that and that I would like to cancel my application. They told me I couldn't cancel the application, so I told them this was unacceptable and I asked to speak to a manager. They sent me to an escalation specialist who refused to do anything. I do not want **** to have my information anymore, nor do I want to ever be associated with them or their poor customer service and operations ever again.

    I have been trying to book my rewards points since 8/2/23, and have been receiving an error message. It says there is a problem processing payment, I am not using payment, I am using points. I tried using a credit card as well and receive the same error. Finally someone told me there is an internal issue with my account after I have called, emailed, chatted and was told the issue would be resolved in 3-5 business days. Today is 8/16 and still have not received any resolution.
