    100% a scam. Obviously Im not the only one whos been billed for nothing. I spoke to their customer service representative, ****, and she had claimed that I was getting billed $16.99 a month for simply holding a subscription. I did not receive a single thing from them. Its a good scam idea, make women think that theres finally a healthy alternative to birth control. Natural cycles is a scam.

    I tried the 4 week trial, the thermometer didnt arrive until 2 weeks in. Tried it out didnt like. I forgot to cancel my subscription as it happens at times got charged 120. They have no number to call i emailed them they said they do not give refunds?????? Ridiculous! I didnt even like the service and they just took 120 for something I didnt like. The worst do not recommend.

    Will gladly take your money for years with no refund. Without any notice in the last 4 weeks of a renewal, ** has charged me $89.99 with no clear way to cancel or refund. I will be initiating a chargeback due to this unethical behavior I canceled it last year and havent used it in 2 years. Just because they say no refunds doesnt mean its actually ethical to send no reminder notice and charge people for years. DO NOT get on this platform.

    New buyers beware, they charge you for the subscription without notice, are impossible to get ahold of, and per their policy don't issue refunds. Be prepared to be out of $99+$1.99 a year.

    I do not recommend using this app. They need to update their policies. This app is approved by the *** but I am not a fan of it. I never used it really and it just wasn't right for me and I thought I had cancelled. Turns out I didn't and they will not REFUND you. I find this a terrible business practice and they need to do better. 100 dollars that I hope to receive back. I wish I would have read the fine print. They have no number to call for customer service inquires. I prefer talking on the phone for questions. Disappointing. This is the first company to do this sort of thing and calling it birth control. I do not think it should be *** approved. I really wish these companies were ran properly. I felt targeted to try this business out. They offered a free trial and then a annual membership to track my menstrual cycle. I received the free trial and then i had to pay for the thermometer to track your temp to get accurate Ovulation. I just find this hard to do and it wont be accurate I believe unless your focused on motherhood. Going to bed on time and not drinking alcohol. This obviously cant work on people who have a younger lifestyle. When I did actually use it, I found my temperature never worked properly with the thermometer. Maybe the thermometer didn't work.
