      How are these scam artists still allowed to be in business? They're total and complete trash. Insanely incompetent. I was unfortunate enough to have to deal with these clowns when my company decide to use them for our retirement plans. Anything that you need that should be completely simple ends up being an astronomical task and burden on you. This is one the most unprofessional, I don't even want to call them a company, let's just say outfit I've ever come across. How have they not been shut down by the Govt?! *** their corporate office is in ******************** and ********. Here are a couple of numbers if you just want to call and complain.Their CEO is ******* ******** and ***** **** is their Executive VP.Has anyone tried filing a complaint with the ****?

      I used the retirement plan 401k with my employer and this company is horrible at giving you clear and informed answers. I have called them multiple times to get into my account. I tried logging onto my account on their website and it said the my information was not found. That would include my PIN, name, DOB, SSN/TAX ID they want you to use. I called customer service and tell them Im unable to access my account. They dont ask for the PIN and it didnt ask when I called. They say my account is restricted in their system. I looked through my email and seen that my email with the account was changed to someone else without my knowledge. I am beyond upset. This company is fishy, the never give you a resolved outcome but say theyll call back within 7-15 business days. I never receive calls back. I can prove that from my call list. My employer says they are still able to access my account but how am I not able to access my own account? Im trying to access my account to rollover my funds to my new employers account but I cant even do that because they say the information is all wrong. I am unable to get into my account online and through customer service through the phone. Im fed up with getting no resolution, and thought about filing a complaint for theft because this isnt right, I have worked and put into my retirement plan and it should be easy to access my account with my information because I have changed nothing, no demographics since opening my account with **** through my employer in 2019. This company is awful.

      Waited over a week for my ***** dollars. Took out a loan. I will not pay on the loan until I receive my money. Called the company. They just put you on hold. They also disconnect you.

      Utter and complete incompetence. **************** is ineffectual, security policy is antiquated and absurd. NEVER us this service. Perhaps they believe that bullying and stonewalling will result in people never withdrawing their money? Completely unethical and illegal. Additional complaints will be filed.

      I would leave a negative number of stars if I could. If you pass away you have lost what money your beneficiary was tk receive. Viya finds some reason not to pay. Reading the other reviews we apparently are not the only people to experience this. I will be seeking an attorney and requesting more than was invested for time and suffering. Flush your investment dollars down a sewer in ****** before giving it to these crooks. You stand a better chance of getting it back.

      Dont invest your time and or money with this business. You will be better off navigating through your accounts without their help, for the amount of little help you receive. They are not affiliated with BBB, which speaks volumes. No integrity or accountability. Which means no trust. Invest where businesses appreciate and value your business.

      Only give you the run around. Never get a answer. I been dealing with them since 5/22/25 and haven't gotten anywhere. It's always you got to wait 5-7 before you get a answer.

      I had a retirement account with these people through a former employer. I needed my money and requested to withdraw from my 401k which was a nightmare! First they required me to have a PIN number in order to do anything. Second I had to update my mailing address because i since moved and I had to update my address. The entire process was a nightmare! After sending them their change of address form and documents showing my new address, they sent my check to my old address which was 3 hours away! Then they lied and said that they cant withdraw from my 401k until I have a PIN number but I later found out that they mailed me a check to my old address! Then finally I thought they had my new address correct and turned out they spelled my street name wrong and I never received my new check! Then after 6 weeks back and forth with these people, I finally contacted them, I requested them to just do direct deposit which I gave them my checking account information and now its been 3 days since they claimed they sent me my money and I havent received it! Now they refuse to speak with me basically telling me that its my problem and to contact my bank! Now Im screwed!

      My former company transitioned to ****. Had an old account with voya and apparently merge my accounts which I did not think would be an issue. Now I cant access my account because a verification link was being sent to an old phone number I jabe no access to. I was told I needed to request for a pin that was mailed to me and received it after 5days. I tried using the pin to gain access to my account but still sends me verification link to the phone number I have no access to. I have been following up with customer service that have no idea how to help and would just tell me someone will reach out for updates. Week after week passes and I still do not have access to my account, still no updates and would just get same answers from the customer service representatives. I am not confident with how the company manages their system.
