      Voya Benefits - not worth the trouble to use them for services or benefits.Time delay in paying benefits and customer service is sub par. Finding forms is difficult on the website and not having the correct form slows the process down even further. When seeking help via the call center, even the reps don't know where to find things to help customers.Not a good company and not a good experience.

      Dealing with Voya 1 Voya takes over your 401K from another company 2 Voya locks you out of your own account until you have a PIN that THEY send you 3 Never receive PIN 4 Voya is powerless to do anything because somehow, Voya cant do anything until Voya sends you a PIN that you can then give to Voya to prove that youre you. 5 sorry, theres nothing Voya can do until **** sends that PIN. 6 repeat until death
