GreenSky of *****, **, changed the interest rate on our original contract from **** to *****%. At the same time, we had to pay them more money. Also, they stole files from my computer to back up my claim against them; therefore, I had nothing to fall back on when I got an attorney to help me file a suit against them. I don't like or respect this company as a business because they defrauded me and my husband. We are senior citizens living on fixed incomes. However, they did not care; for them, it was about making money. This is why I am filing a complaint with BBB because they need to know that they can't cheat people out of their money and increase interest rates on a loan that is already set up.

Apple credit card I cancelled an order with apple 2 weeks ago Goldman Sachs has still not refunded or removed the purchase even after speaking to multiple supervisors having multiple escalated claims. They keep sending me over to Apple to resolve it when they should be handling the issue. Apple has said they have cancelled the order and Goldman Sachs should be confirming with Apple of cancellation not sending the customers over. Every supervisor I have talked to is like they have sent the issue to an upper management department but they are still not doing anything to resolve the issue. This credit company is garbage. Apple probably was glad to drop them as a financial company because most likely they keep hearing all the complaints about them.

I ordered some windows from Renewal by ******** (********, *********) in April 2023. I was promised the windows would be in by October 2023 and as of today, I still don't have the windows. My point is that not only is (Greensky) Goldman Sachs not recognizing I was supposed to be billed at least one-year AFTER the windows were installed. I still don't have the windows; I'm being billed for service that has not even been completed or started yet and I was supposed to have delayed payment. I was lied to. I was promised a delay in start making payments, I have no windows and I am making payments in windows I don't even have, whatever happened my delayed payment schedule I was promised.???????? I tried to take this up and it was determined that I have no complaint. My payments were supposed to begin 12-months or 24-months AFTER the windows were installed. My windows are supposed to be installed on December 4th (which are 2 1/2 months late, my payments were to begin at least by November **** but I am being billed now.

A Green Sky Representative sold me a walk in bath tub for the amount of $****** on 10/04/2023. I gave him $7000 as a down payment leaving a balance of $5,476. Instead Green sky has billed me for the entire amount ****** absent my 7k downpayment. I contacted the sales person to correct this matter and his only response to me was it was 7k + *****. This is an out right lie. And has not responded to further inquiry. I would like this matter thorughly investigated because now after two months i finally get a bill indicating i owe the entire $****** as a balance with no refernece to my 7 k downpayment. This finacial mispresentation has left a etremely bad taste in my mouth and what initally had been a ideal rating has changed to very poor until this matter is corrected.

Greensky has been harassing me for over 2 months requesting money for a loan which they already received a payoff check. I do not owe them a dime. I keep sending scanned photos of the check with zero response. I will get a lawyer involved soon.

Buyer beware of the Goldman Sachs Apple Card. They send their statements after the balance due date. Even if you pay the balance amount in full you will be charged interest. Confirmed by multiple Apple Card specialists.

Apple Credit Card(Goldman Sachs)I am 59 years old, very financially stable, never been denied for a credit card, and I got denied. I called the credit report people and they have no idea why, it said due to too many applications submitted. I havent filled a credit application out since August of 2022. I dont quite understand with them being as big as they are, that when I called to dispute, they did NOTHING. Totally disgusted at Apple for using Goldman Sachs. If I didnt have multiple I-devices, I would change just out of spite. Please make sure someone important receives this.

WARNING, WARNING, WARNING!!!!!! Feb of 2022 my wife and I had windows replaced by Renewal by ********, great windows however, they talked us into using GreenSky a Goldman Sachs financing company, we was going to use our credit union but the sales person said he could get us a better rate with GreenSky, now I understand why Renewal by ******** is getting a kick back. The windows cost $18,435.00 @ ****% with our monthly payments being $213.95, my first month I paid three months, and $214.00 a month since then, when I checked to see what my balance was 10/15/23 it is $17,540.11 I could not understand why so I did a deep dive and found out that GreenSky charges daily interest which comes up to $10.42 on top of that they hit you with a finance charge of $104.18 or $104.92, so doing the math $214.00-$10.42-$104.18=$99.40, so only $99.40 is applied to the principal at this rate my three year old grand daughter will be 35 before this loan is paid off. We will dip into our retirement and pay off the loan, ****** learned very expensive but learned, and I hope no one else has to learn this expensive ******.

Goldman Sachs Apple Card inexplicably charged me interest every month, despite the promised 0% financing. They pressured me to pay a month early under the threat of more interest. For transparency, I've shared my statements on ****** Drive [link: ***************************************************************************************].Here's a closer look at my journey:In February, I disputed a charge and financed two iPads totaling $976 with Goldman Sachs Apple Card, solely for the 0% financing. I set up automatic monthly payments of around $81.33 for 12 months, thinking I wouldn't need to scrutinize statements. On March 31st, my bank sent the first payment, but on April 1st, I got a late status notification. The iPad tax was incorrectly categorized as revolving credit. I paid $81.17 based on the February statement and contacted customer service. They agreed but later charged interest, which they waived when I complained. In June, more interest charges came. The supervisor initiated a dispute, but the dispute department canceled it, claiming they couldn't contact me. Examining statements revealed issues: Statements didn't clarify payments between installments and revolving credit. No correction mechanism for errors. Incorrect revolving credit balances in March and April. In July, I disputed the iPad Tax with Goldman Sachs Apple Card, resulting in a credit. On August 31st, my bank paid $81.33 despite no balance, and September required $71.90, but my bank would pay $81.33.I reversed the dispute in late August, owing $84.17, risking interest. Plus my $81.33 monthly installment meant paying two installments. If I don't pay off $84.17, I would charged interest. In September, I contacted Apple ****** President ******* offering me a $25 credit but still owing $84.17. They couldn't provide a paid-off letter due to company policy. In conclusion, I paid off the iPads on September 22nd.. I won't use the Goldman Sachs Apple Card again.
