      I have an Apple Card through Goldman Sachs bank. Completely unwilling to own up to a glitch in their product. I had set up an installment payment through their Apple Card to purchase an item. Was told that it would be 0 interest. April comes around and the first installment is due. I pay it and my card balance. End of day, my card still reflects a balance. Turns out the system glitched and allowed me to pay over the completed transaction amount. They applied the money I intended to pay down an interest bearing amount on my card onto the 0 interest installment amount. They are unwilling to acknowledge a glitch in their system allowed this to happen and continue to say they cannot do anything to rectify the situation. They were unwilling to allot the money paid to the proper account, nor lower the interest rate on my total card balance for *************************************************************** a check so I could start over. Like parrots, they kept repeating I cannot do anything. Manager said there was no level of the hierarchy between her and the President of the bank, which sounds very unlikely considering Ive never seen a bank that didnt have Vice Presidents. Highly unsatisfactory.

      I had a company called ****** Services come and give me an estimate for repairing my roof. It estimate was high and they suggested that I apply for a loan through them to GreenSky. I did that and in a few minutes the loan was approved and the money automatically was sent to ****** Services. The work was not even started but Greensky never gave me control over how I wanted the money to be spent. I have sent letters and called this loan company and I have not been able to get this resolved. The loan company is charging me ****** dollars for the ***** dollars worth of work that was done. I sent documents and proof of the work but Greensky refuses to work with me and resolve this. What loan company pays for work before it is even started? This is a scam between Greensky and ****** Services. All I want is to be charged the correct amount of money. And the worse part is that the fireplace is now unusable, which it was not before.

      if you're thinking about getting a @@@@@ card with them STAY FAR FAR AWAY! I made payment on the card and to find out they wanted to hold my payment that came out of my account already for up to 14 days before giving you back the balance is one alarming factor. Secondly, they lost my large payment and NO ONE in their bank can tell me what happened! They all just say you can wait up to 10 business days for some one to contact you when they lost a large payment of mine! Each time I called they either dont know what I am talking about or what's going on on my account. I end up having to file a dispute with my own bank to try to resolve this bull crap! All this time and effort wasted when I have better experience with smaller ******** cards when I was 18! This bank is a absolute joke!

      Please read my complaint on ****** by Goldman Sachs. I initiated a wire for a six figure savings and cd account. ********************** partially sent wire instructions which have resulted in Goldman holding on to my money. I have called daily and have instant chatted daily. There has been no break in communications. To the contrary, I have had escalation calls lasting 4 hours. Right now on March 1, 2023 my money has been sent back to a cd with Goldman. No phone call to me, no notification by email or mail otherwise. I sit here again on hold while I wait. Everyday I call, the phone representative and I agree on the instructions and agree its a Goldman error yet it is never corrected. It feels purposeful at this point and a company strategy. Don't trust your money to this bank.

      Disgusting. Even though I've been an Apple Customer since 2009, and my credit is near 700, it's not enough for Apple/Goldman Sachs IMPECCIBLE card requirements. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. You have customers with fantastic payment history and care/concern trying to make their ways. You folks are unforgiving and judgmental. You folks are looking for the ELITEST of ELITE. GROSS. **** OFF G.S.G.INC!

      Horrible experience with this company and ***** **** , I had until Feb 3 to agree to an email to get card and halfway through day they sent me an email saying my ***** **** offer expired I was approved for , so after 3 hours on the phone with 3 different inexperienced representatives I finally was told to re apply , so I did and I was not approved after just being approved a week earlier , to make a long story short it was a bad experience and horrible customer care with a poorly trained staff!

      All lies and they dont care! Got a loan from them (not my choice) for solar panels. Was told that once everything was up and working that i wouldnt get a payment for 2 months so that the panels can generate power for that amount of time before my first payment. The process went through back in Dec 22 and the panels got installed on Dec 21, 2022, then they have to go thru all the inspection stuff and what-not. I got my first bill saying it was due Feb 4th. Wth?Its Feb 2 today and the panels are STILL not turned on to generate power! I was told that it would fit 2 months before my payment was due. Nope! So Im paying on something that is literally not doing anything for me! Their fault? Installers fault? Inspectors fault? Sales person fault? Doesnt matter I guess. Everyone got their money. Im the only one getting screwed! (Oh yeah, they are a Goldman Sachs company, why would they care about me or my issue) BEWARE of the lies!

      The biggest crooks in America, they took over ******* *** gm card, then some how charged me 3 late payments, i made the payment, then 3 months goes by they said i had trailing interst of $1.98 since i didnt pay it, turn into $16. Then after screwing me over 2 times, they say you can make the payment of $16 but still will have a trailing interest, they keep abusing their powers and taking advantage of people this is very bad company and evil one.

      I made a purchase on my ***** Card (held by Goldman *****) in the amount of $129.21, and it never arrived. I asked to have it removed from my account ... and they upheld the position of the the shady buyer in Hong Kong!! After much back & forth, nothing was done!! **** would not allow me to file a claim with them anymore because the financial institution got involved. I will never make a mailed purchased with the ***** Card/Goldman Sachs ever again!!

      If I could give them a zero star, I would. They installed some solar panels in my home, and they never produce the amount of energy they said. Also, the solar panels where installed wrong. I called a year after they installed them, and they said it took them more than a year to start producing. To this date they still don't work this company is a scam. I feel sorry for whoever get solar Pannels with this people.
