      I had an account with their greensky division which does medical billing. I made a payment on the 1st which they had not credited on the 18th. So I called to inform them, so they wouldn't dock me for a late payment, That the payment was mailed on the 1st and that they should have already received it. When I talked to them on the 24th or 25th they should still were claiming they had not received the payment. So I went to my bank and they said "oh no they cashed the check on the 8th". So another phone called greensky. And they had me email the documentation of my $500 payment to their accounting department. It took several days for them to "research" and credit it on the 30th. However they did not backdate the received date so I was charged interest on an amount I had already paid and charge a $40 late fee on money I had already paid. 9.1.22 Another phone call and the person in the call center said that they could email their finance people and have them remove the late fee and late fee and ask them to adjust the interest. That was on the 1st. Another 2 phone calls and today is the 7th and still no late fee removal or adjustment on the interest. I find it hard to believe I am not being transferred to speak to finance directly or that it should take 30 days to properly credit a payment. In the delinquent payment letter they mailed on the 30th. I shows that balance of principal and the deferred interest as the true balance on the account whish is deceptive at best. My balance is ****, not **** something. I would NEVER RECOMMEND TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.They are here to collect your money. That is all.

      Applied for an ***** Card and was declined because Goldman Sachs was unable to verify my identity. I was confused by this because I had provided name, address, DOB, full SSN and copy of my drivers license. I called to ask if there was anything else I could do to verify my identity. The customer service rep was impatient and unhelpful. She advised that she couldnt provide any explanation due to policy. I stated that I wanted some explanation given that I had provided more personal information than is usually required. The rep hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

      I just had a new roof installed on my house and I was told to do the financing through Green Sky Financial, a company I had never heard of before. The new roof looks terrific but when I tried to pay Green Sky for their work, I mailed them a check and they never received it. So, I put a stop payment on it and this time, I mailed another check through express mail at the post office and I got a receipt on it. That was two months ago and now, I found out that they haven't received that check either. I've contacted Green Sky to ask for an account review in the hopes of correcting this. I've given them till tomorrow to straighten this out or else, I'll be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. What a horrible experience.

      ***** Card by Goldman Sachs has a terrible dispute resolution program. I have never once filed a dispute on any card I have ever owned, but have worked in dispute resolution in the past. There is no way that after 10 phone calls and countless emails of information to Goldman that I should be receiving emails stating that the dispute was not resolved in my favor because of lack of evidence. I have filed 6 disputes on the same transaction over the last 18 months and have spent hours of worrying and stressing about this situation to be told from representatives that because my issue is not **** or discrimination that I cannot be transitioned to a higher authority. I have received MAIL to my address from Goldman indicating to me resolutions were handled incorrectly and from reading reviews here on BBB I now understand. The lack of organization and understanding at Goldman is beyond words. I have filed a complaint with BBB about my particular situation, but I write this review to urge others to choose another card company (my second choice was ****) I should have chosen ****, as even with a yearly fee, I wouldnt have this much stress and frustration over the last 18 months of my life with something as simple as resolving a dispute with a fraudulent merchant.

      1 star because I can't do a ZERO star!!! Terrible! **************** is the worst I had ever experienced. My transaction was declined without a request for confirmation on my side.I called to ask for an explanation as it caused a lot of trouble for me. After more than 1 hoir on the phone, and at least 4 people just passing me to the next person that should help, they left me waiting on the line and dropped my call. In the end, the 5th person texted me telling me that they can decline any transaction because it's suspicious. My transaction was for less than $700, my card has more than 10K available. The vendor was **** , a US based company. So I still can't understand what was the criteria used by "their system" to determine that my transaction should not go through. And not notify me or request my OK.

      I had multiple payments for my ***** Card rejected because of unknown reason. I've ensured routing and account numbers are setup correctly. Even called my bank and have confirmed they did not deny any payment nor did they receive any inquiry for such payment. This is an issue on ******* end and I finally end up transferring money from one bank to another to resolve this issue. They even charge me interest when they are the ones that caused the delay in payment. Now ***** holds my available credit for 11 days AFTER payment has been made and funds removed from my bank. When contacted and escalated to upper management, they simply said there's nothing they can do. I should not be penalized due to their incompetency on how to complete a payment from my bank that have more than sufficient fund to fulfill the payment. needless to say, they no longer earn my business

      We had been financed through ****** windows .we had made a payment early online with account and routing numbers.....thought it went through after receiving an email in which it gave me a confirmation number .5 days later mind you it said my bank account was frozen !! Contacted my bank that was a lie. I called did it over the phone .5 days later again same thing !? Called again received another confirmation number......5 days later again same thing! Now after the third attempt payment is now late ! So sent it in the mail! 9 days later received ANOTHER email saying payment not received! I refuse to pay a late fee or scar my credit.

      Lender purchased my remaining loan balance from *********** where I held an account for several years and was setup for a monthly autopay. They sent Zero communication that they had taken on the loan balance until I had missed 2 monthly payments and subsequently charged me a total of $70 in Late Fees. They denied my dispute and refuse to waive the fees and after being a customer for 6 months now have sent Zero communication regarding the loan agreement.
